Technically, no. But the last 4 characters are Dudley, Ibuki, and Makoto from Third Strike, and a new character, Hakan, an arab oil grappler.

Hey Thoth, did they show any new ultras / supers for Ken or is he still stuck with his flaming uppercut that has all but an inch of reach to it?

Also, the extra outfits..are those available from the get go or am I going to have to beat the game / trials in order to get them? (I only ask because I'm more of a casual SF fan and don't have the skill / patience to go thru the challenges..)

The more I see of Juri, the more I can't wait to play her. <_< I like to play offense and no defense so she'll probably suit me. Though I haven't played SF in forever so it might be better for me to play as a new character instead of trying to play as Ken.

Juri looks cool, I'm looking forward to playing her. Then my main and second character can both not be shotos. Shotos are so boring.

I haven't been following SSF4 at all, so I apologize for the ignorance - do the new Ultras mean that characters can use either of their two Ultras, or do they have to choose one before the match starts like in SF3?

From what I saw on the trailer, you got to builld up to the ultras. So you'll get to use both, but only if you build up the bar enough to get the second level.

If that's the case, no one is every using Juri's other ultra. Everyone's going to use FreeStyle.

Played TvC at work today.

Ryu is a fucking beast...along with Tekkaman and Karas.

I was just really wanting to know what is unlocked OOB (out of box) and what I've got to grind to get. Like I said, I'm not a mega SF player and kinda upset that I couldn't get X color or Y taunt due to not getting past a trial or challenge.

All characters are unlocked from the word go.

The second costumes have to be paid for. If you already paid for them, you'll have them. We don't know about the new third costumes. Or colors. I'd put money on having to unlock, just because there's nothing else to unlock in the game.

TvC is pretty great. I love Jun The Swan, Ippatsuman and Alex. Collected the endings for Batsu and Ippatsuman. Can't wait to go through and unlock some more stuff.

Just wanted to say that my only complaints (apart from the easy-fied control scheme) are the pretty naff endings. The credits kind of make up for it.

Assuming naff means "bad," I agree. After the first few, I just quit reading them.

After playing this game for a while, I thought it might be neat to watch the new Yatterman anime. Turns out only the first three episodes have been fansubbed, but those three are pretty wacky.

I liked the ending I got for Karas, but that's the only one so far that I've played through with.

How the hell do you unlock Frank West, etc. in this game??

Joe the Condor Get 6 different Tatsunoko characters' Arcade endings.
Tekkaman Blade Get 3 different Tatsunoko characters' Arcade endings.
Yatterman-2 Get Frank West, Zero, Tekkaman Blade, and Joe the Condor's Arcade endings.
Zero Get 6 different Capcom characters' Arcade endings.
