Trump Jr. Says He Wanted Russian Dirt to Determine Clinton’s ‘Fitness’ for Office

Donald Trump traveled to North Dakota today for what was supposed to have been a speech about tax cuts. Instead he proceeded to babble incoherently and embarrass himself, while getting creepy with his own daughter, and admitting that he has no idea how things like climate and geography work.
North Dakota is currently being hit hard by a drought. That was apparently news to Trump when he arrived in the state today, not only because he pays no attention to anything going on in the country that he’s supposed to be the president of, but also because he didn’t think it was possible. Trump actually said to the crowd that he didn’t know a drought could happen “this far north.” No really, he said this.

Donald Trump has been in constant campaign mode ever since taking office, because running for office is way more fun than actually reading policy papers or learning how to govern. As such, Trump released a campaign-style ad on Thursday, slamming “Career politicians and the media trying to stop him,” while flashing pictures of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren, and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.
It’s all fear mongering to whip up Trump’s base around the idea that he is the one man in the history of the presidency who deserves no oversight and should be left on his own to make decisions about a job he was clearly unprepared for. Exceeeeepppttt… Trump cut a deal with Pelosi and Schumer over the debt ceiling just one day before this ad came out.

The Trump Foundation’s own publicly available nonprofit records make clear that Donald Trump stopped donating to his own foundation after the 2008 economic crash, and he never did resume donating. That means his financial situation has been so upside down since 2008 that there hasn’t been a single year where he would have even benefited from a charitable write-off. That suggests he’s been showing a net income of zero each year. Since that time he’s been caught pilfering from his charity, using it to buy things and pay his lawsuit settlements.
