Takedowns are the same as last game.

I actually can't remember how that is since I haven't played the game in awhile.But I remember when I did the demo it was exactly the same.

I'll give the flick of the left joystick a try.

Shoot takedown = L2/LT + right stick towards opponent.

From clinch = L1/LB + right stick direction, or L2/LT for double leg.

I meant to play 09 this week to try and remember how to play the game before the new one...but I've failed and now will spend the week playing Red Dead Redemption and Alan Wake. Then I'll go through the lengthy tutorials in 2010 and spend many many fights getting beaten down.

I pray the full game has a screen centering option, as I'm having overscan issues and cant see the stamina bars, which is rather important when going for submissions.

I played 2009 with the Stamina Bars on. Its kinda cheating, but it helped quite a bit.

I played with them off, not only for a little added difficulty but because I like the screen being clear.

I got the game and the strategy guide. The only hidden characters are Shaq and the Tap Out guys. But I did see that Dan Severn (and possibly Royce Gracie, I forgot to check but saw his picture) are in the game.

Just made the UFC in career mode.

Its nice and all, but the menu heavy erm menus are a bit off putting.
