Additional useless trivia bit: If Jeff were to beat Matt, it would be the first time Jeff Hardy has won a match at WrestleMania (he is currently 0-4, but only one of the losses was not a multiman ladder match).

HHH can't use the sledgehammer? Oh no whatever will he do! The odds are so stacked against him! Don't let him USE THE KNEE~~~ and maybe it'd mean something.

So in my area Time Warner's ordering system is down.

They must really not want my 55 bucks

Since we don't have a CWDWAT here:

-- Dolph Ziggler suffered an apparent injury during his match this afternoon against Sim Snuka (making his first WWE appearance since the January 12, 2009 episode of Raw) at the WrestleMania Axxess event. The former Spirit Squad member suffered the injury during his match with the second generation wrestler, resulting in the referee putting up the "X" signal. Ziggler was seen clutching his shoulder and it believed that he may have broken his collarbone. Here is more on the story, courtesy of his official website, www.NickNemeth.net:

Day Three (Day of WrestleMania): Dolph Ziggler competed in another singles match, this time against Snuka. While Ziggler may have picked up the victory, it wasn't without an unfortunate circumstance. After the match, Ziggler was escorted towards the back while being looked at by WWE Agents. Ziggler was said to be in excruciating pain, to the point of tears, as he clutched his right shoulder. When asked by fans what had happened, Snuka replied by saying he believes Ziggler may have broken his collarbone during the match.

Ziggler was expected to be one of the many Lumberjacks during the WrestleMania Tag Team bout between The Miz & John Morrison versus Carlito & Primo Colon. It is questionable whether or not Ziggler will make his WrestleMania debut tonight.

As a follow up, I just called them to order over the phone and more or less "The only way to order that is through the TV, so if you can't order it, oh fucking well."

Dish Network allows you to call or order online if the box won't allow it for some reason. Time Warner, despite being in business for over 20 years, apparently doesn't think it's important to have a backup option.

Cookie, where were you the last time England played on Sentanta!

Thanks doll.

We usually get a lot of Setanta Ireland here in the states. I think the last time England played for free was a friendly last year. Fox Soccer used to have all of their home friendlies, but now Setanta offers most of their games for 20 dollars on PPV.

I'm shocked after seeing how jacked Vince looked on RAW that he didn't abuse his power and announced him and Shane against Rhodes and Dibiase in a street fight.

I'd say so, considering there's only like three weeks between Mania and Backlash.

WTF!

The WWE Universe moderator Corey wrote this on his blog:

"UPDATE: 4:26 p.m. ET: I just received word that tonight's Unified WWE Tag Team Championship Lumberjack Match between The Colons and The Miz & John Morrison will open tonight's WrestleMania, as an exclusive pre-show match that will only be seen on the WrestleMania DVD. "

That's a bullshit move considering how all four guys have busted their ass in recent weeks, and how Miz/Morrison have pretty much carried the tag scene the last year or so, but I guess we need more time for video packages and Diva entrances.

I was only interested in three matches. Michaels, HHH and Morrison's matches.

So Miss Wrestlemania gets explained at the PPV, and somebody's going to come out on RAW tomorrow and announce "Hey, yeah, hi, we're the new unified tag team champions now, too bad 99% of you didn't see it!"? Bullshit.

Apparently they'll be blogging the result on WWE.com

Blogging the Unification Match of the Tag Team Titles between two teams who have spent the better part of a month and a half setting up the match.

Yeah, bullshit.

Well, they'll announce the winner of the match as the show goes on the air I assume, but yeah, it should be shown.

It's enough to put me off buying this now.

Great usage of TV time too. All that TV time pissed away on a feud nobody gets to see the blowoff to.

Unless they're going to give it a non-finish because they pussied out on unifying the belts.

Maybe it's a ploy to try and spike DVD sales.

But yeah, no love for this. Although to be fair oldskool, they can hardly have a Miss Wrestlemania contest and not have it be on Wrestlemania, since that's kinda in the name an' all ya see.

I was annoyed Miz and Morrison stopped appearing on Raw. I'm barely aware of anything that transpired in their feud (except for a bit where the Colons were waiters) but I figured it would be a good match.

At any rate, finishing up Mania XXIV today followed by the televised portion of the HOF got me suitably amped for Mania.

I was pissed about Miz & Morrison not being on RAW any more too. I don't watch Smackdown so I didn't even know they had a unification match until......yesterday, maybe?

Miss Wrestlemania: they could do a stunt where the match is pre-show but the winner's coronation (complete with Jerry Lawler-esque run-in to clobber the winner and start a feud) is actually on the PPV.

I'm saying it's NOT a waste to have a title match as a dark match, but it would be a pretty big waste to pay Trish, Torrie, Sunny, and Gayda a one night Mania payday and then have them not be on the show.

I'd say it's a waste either way to have a four-hour PPV (a full hour longer than any other PPV you have) and still manage to fuck up on time management to the point where an entire match has to get cut at the last second & moved to pre-show.

I'm going to be thinking about how much I wanted to see the Tag unification match while I watch Kid Rock play a miniconcert...

Well, it's not a Mania 1st by a long shot. I've actually been wondering all week which match was going to get bumped since there was no battle royal announcement. From a general fan interest standpoint, this probably would have been the one I would have cut too.

To me, nothing will top Ric Flair in a dark match against Chavo and Helms at Mania 23 - and Carlito was the one who won the match for the team! Yeah, it's Flair and Carlito vs. Chavo and Helms - clearly not a Mania match - but Ric Flair working a warm-up match in his 2nd last Mania? Come on now.

The 1996 tag title tournament that was advertised to be wrapping up at Mania happening on the Free for All is a close second, what with tag titles meaning more back then and all. They even advertise Bodydonnas vs. Godwinns (along with Huckster vs. Nacho Man) on the back of the Mania XII box in the "Collection" set, but they aren't there.
