What stories does he retell?
Since it’s not Mick having to repeat his own memory and someone else does it, he spent equal time talking about his pandemic crushes as he did the HIAC stories.

Spoiler: he has a crush on Janice from Friends and paid money to talk to her.

He also put over Jim Ross a bunch and shilled for JRs new book and then realized he’s promoting WWE and then shifted to putting over Michael Cole.

I actually don't blame him as she kinda does it for me. Needed more to do on Seinfeld.

That could be legit, or at least legit longer than most. What I like about Taker these days is that you can tell he's so relieved to finally be able to talk about his career after being a character 30 years. We don't know where his dementia starts and ends.

He’s one of the very few people that can get away with a pay only podcast. Other than Paulie I really can’t think of another one offhand.

I've never found Bret an engaging enough speaker anyway to listen to for a prolonged period.

JR struggling hard on this week's HHavoc 90 pod
- Says he buys shirts now for when he calls Nitro (He meant AEW obv)
- These kids these days with their legs slaps couldn't work out of a hammerlock
- Push. Push....everybody wants a push.
- Turner Home Entertainment was in charge of DVDs for this show. (He later corrects himself to VHS)
- He thinks the PPV didn't draw well because people wanted more Sting vs Flair
- We get our weekly "Cowboy called the plays" talk.
- Rant against scripted promos.

And that's just the first 30 mins

I mentioned Hector Guerrero on Brisco and Bradshaw and it’s really a solid episode. Hector talks about his father Gori working Mexico and some lucha history, particularly the UWF.

Crockett thread should be merged into the WCW one anyway.

Corny dove into 1940's Nashville wrestling for almost an hour this week. (ok - it's a 52min clip but after 45 mins it turns into a commercial for wrestlers shaving their nut sack.) Tons of names I don't really know blended in.

"This guy with a green sock on his head sold out the roller rink every week and he could kick your ass" sounds like an AI Corny parody bot.

I can appreciate Corny talking about seeing Pat Malone hanging around the locker room when Jim was taking pics and Corny having no real appreciation for who he was and what Corny could have learned from him.
I feel the same way now in the 2010s and beyond when I'm diving into Brody family history and see I have 2 uncles in WW2 (one in each theater) and 2 who fought in Korea and 3 were dead or too far gone into old age to dig history out of. And now I dig into online archives trying to trace their platoons and whatnot.
At least my cousin in 'Nam gave me his horror story and is still with us.
