IIRC, Royal Rumble for the Dreamcast supported 9 wrestlers on screen. Though, to be fair, I think that game may have only had 9 wrestlers to begin with. With the shitty targeting system in the current SD games, I shudder to imagine a 20 man battle royal.

Man, WWE Universe Mode is so weird. Orton and Bryan are number one contenders to The Kings of Wrestling...yet they never team together.

I've seen som interesting teams and scenarios like that pop up too. When I started Universe mode, the only team I added was my CAW teaming with Zack Ryder to get the Tag titles achievement. After a while, I started simming so I could get one of my CAWs in Money in the Bank and get the achievement for winning and cashing in. Everytime I stopped the simming to see what was going on, all the established teams were broken up (except the Harts) and I'd see some new teams. Christian and Kaval and my CAW was now teaming with DiBiase instead of Ryder are the ones jumping up off the top of my head, but I know there were some really bizarre ones I'm gonna either have to try to remember or look next time I play.

Yes, but it'll only show up as your region updates their PSN Store offerings. So, for us, it'll probably be around 9-10pm EST.

So there is also a patch out today... 1.01.. It's 300 megs but I'm not sure what it fixes... But I do know that it broke the fuck out of most of my game! So far I've noticed that it has reset all superstar threads edits, all edits I've made to the default rosters entrances and movesets, my universe mode roster and teams are also reset to the default. Ugh.

Hmm... do I really want to re-make Ted's green tights, Miz's blue tights that he no longer wears but wore when I made them, and whatever else I did (black tights for Jake, a pink shirt for Batista, red tights for Kofi which now need to be made blue) for a patch? Hmmmmm...

Does the patch fix the tag title entrance problem? And do I need it for the DLC? I assume the 360 has the same issue.

Pretty sure the update is mandatory to go online and get the dlc, etc. I did a ton of editing to the main roster too so it's quite annoying to know I have to do it all over again. =\

Also of note - they did use the Hero song for Luger afterall.. Plus his character model looks abnormally huge compared to the rest.

It didn't do anything to me either.

By that, I mean it did LITERALLY nothing and my game refuses to acknowledge that I downloaded DLC. I was never prompted for a patch either.

I'm having the same exact problem, Venk. I downloaded the patch, then downloaded the DLC. Nothing is showing up. My game was defaulted, I restarted then everything went back to normal.

Ok, so, apparently it ignored the "value pack" but if I downloaded everything individually (since it's all pre-paid for anyway) it works.

Odd glitch though, my CAW with a title came down to the ring in his underwear when I selected an alternate attire. During the match the right clothes were on.

God, trying to get the Xbox DLC up and running was a pain in the butt. Had to download each piece even after I downloaded the bundle. Twice. Deleted the content from my hard drive... etc. (I have Fan Axxess)

Yep, that's what I did. Then I thought something was messed up since Luger, Bulldog, and Barrett had no finishers listed, but everything was fine.

I immediately had Luger show up on SmackDown and beat me for the world title (this is when my guy came out to the ring in his underwear) and in what I'm sure was an exciting main event, he defended the title against Jimmy Snuka at Extreme Rules.

I painted as much of RVD's tights black as possible, then gave the dragon a gold tongue. He's a Nexus member, you see.

That could be because you forgot to copy the ring attire and edit his entrance attire.

It is the PS3 version that I have. I don't even have a 360.

Yeah, Free Agents / Legends / ECW / WCW don't show up in Universe.

Yeah, PS3 patch fucked up mine too. All my created tag teams are GONE. Which really blows since I have used mine to re-create WCW in prep for the WCW NITRO arena.

Almost wish WCW would become a brand in the game but having the arena will do just fine.

I got the Online Axxess thing and (finally) managed to work out how to get all the DLC stuff the first time around without paying for it... but I now cannot find a way to get the new DLC without paying for it. What obvious thing have I missed?

Finally got around to getting the last 3 achievements I needed.

Was just lucky that the game decided to throw the Kaval CAW I downloaded into Money in the Bank.

And then had him cash in against Swagger after Swagger successfuly defended his World Title against Edge at WrestleMania.

Do you mean the Fan Axxess? Because after I ordered it all the other DLC stuff appeared as Free right away.
