In his daily update today Dave seems to think the mystery guy HHH mentioned is Andrade.

McAfee, Rock and Nick Khan are all at the Rose Bowl today, which happens to be right up the road from Raw in San Diego tonight.

Something to keep your eye on.

WWE will be in Toronto from 7-5 to 7-7 for a weekend of events, SD, MITB and Heatwave.

Interesting to see the NXT events being added to the promotional push for other PLE attractions.

Also confirms that god damn it, they ain’t done milking the dried up tit that is the MITB concept.

Is NXT worth watching again?
For Ilja and Hayes absolutely and they got a full roster of female workers showing promise.

Breakker is still doing a strong cosplay of his uncle.

Corbin is still there, so it all will depend how you land with that.

Tama Tonga is leaving NJPW, probably after the next big show in February as he wants to be with his family more. He'd be a really obvious signing for WWE (as would his brother) and it would inject some more life into the Bloodline angle to give it some more bodies.

I wonder how long they'll be calling the WWE Universal Heavyweight Championship as the "Undisputed" WWE Universal Heavyweight Championship. I think they should nix the whole "Undisputed" thing and just call it the WWE Universal Championship. Everyone knows that Roman Reigns is the "Undisputed" Heavyweight Champion of the Universe.

The whole “undisputed” thing is dumb now that they have introduced the world heavyweight title on Raw. Call Roman’s belt the “WWE Universal championship” (since those were the 2 titles that got merged) and be done with it. Unfortunately, I don’t think the “undisputed” tag is going away because that’s what the new belt actually says.

What’s really dumb is the women’s belt on Smackdown now says “undisputed champion” too. They were so concerned about making the women’s title consistent with its men’s counterpart that nobody stopped to think “does this make sense?”

The Sethweight division title is a goof, though.

Sure, but you’re never gonna get anyone to take it seriously if you’re calling the top title on the other show “undisputed.” We KNOW which one is the bigger deal, but the company can at least act like they’re both important.

Industry talk is that Raw will end up on Amazon.

Disney also interested. WBD not interested.

I'm going to hate it when the Cock deal ends and the tape library is either ignored or sanitized on another service.

Honestly I'd love them to retool the actual Network into one of those channels that you can watch through Amazon. Best all around.

I'd really like to think that the success of The Iron Claw makes at least that small part of the archives worth more to a new service, though.

I think everyone’s getting ahead of themselves with the talk of Raw going to Prime. There hasn’t been any actual reporting on it, as far as I know. All of the chatter today stems from one writer from Sports Business Journal making a brief mention of it as a possibility in his annual sports media predictions column, and the aggregation sites running it with.

It’s an educated guess from one (admittedly, plugged in) sports media industry reporter. Here’s the entirety of what he wrote:

Amazon picks up “WWE Raw” rights

Amazon gets “WWE Raw” rights and keeps the series on Monday nights. This hits an audience of young males, a demo where Amazon believes it sees growth in Prime subscriptions. Plus, it gives the company another night of live programming on Prime Video.
