Is it too late to get my ballot back from the city clerk and vote for the green libertarian constitutionalist?

A 9% chance Biden wins the popular but loses the electoral college seems really low. Like, if Trump is re-elected, that is absolutely how it is happening.

In case any tangible proof was needed that Republicans are afraid Texas might really flip.

Dave has been anti-Trump for years and is definitely voting for Biden. Guessing he would have been a Biden guy in the primaries too. Pre-Trump I don’t really remember him discussing politics much but I sensed a vague disrespect from him towards Bush back in the day. Don’t remember any specifics, sorry.

Idaho, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Kansas, Alabama, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, West Virginia, Nebraska, Arkansas.

Kansas has the king of voter suppression, Mr Kobach. Without that, Alabama is almost certainly an American state. Tennessee, too. I wouldn't be definitive about Oklahoma, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, WV, Nebraska, the Dakotas, or Arkansas.

That leaves the absolute, no chicanery necessary, GOP/Nazi states as Idaho and Wyoming.

These states are all tied for most consecutive elections voting red (13 consecutive elections; since 1968):

Alaska
Idaho
Kansas
Nebraska
North Dakota
Oklahoma
South Dakota
Utah
Wyoming

Not counting D.C., Minnesota has the longest blue streak (since 1976; 11 straight)

The president must've seen what happened after he cancel culture'd relief negotiations via tweeter. Hours later, he demanded, again via tweet, that Pelosi hurry up and pass new piecemeal relief bills. Make America's Head Spin.

It's kind of unnerving to watch the president of the United States lead via the roller coaster throes of a steroid cycle.

It's even more unnerving that we came to this point at all. There needs to be a mandatory length of public service before one could run for POTUS, IMO.

Are you suggesting that 14 seasons of a reality tv show don't count?

Interesting theory considering what happened last time Biden, as VP then, inherited another Republican recession.

Yeah, I think Trump is freaking right now because he basically knows it's over and is throwing everything at the wall. I think he always thought he was going to lose. But, I think he thought it would be close enough that he could do something underhanded with the courts/ballets issue and steal a victory (especially with him having Amy take RBG's spot). And I think he planned on using the military to keep himself in office while that played out. But, that would only work if there wasn't a blowout. And then about 2 weeks ago the pentagon said they wouldn't be involved in the presidential process and wouldn't use the military against the US people. So, I think both prongs of his plan are gone. Now he's freaking.

Seeing these double digit leads in swing states is blowing my mind. I think Hillary had bigger leads nationally but not by state.

Just in looking around. Clinton in the final week had these poll statuses: Wisconsin (+6), Pennsylvania (+2 to +5), Colorado (tied), Virginia (+6 to +7), Michigan (+3), and New Hampshire (Trump leading or tied at worst).
