Best explanation I've heard for de Blasio running is that candidates can use money raised for other campaigns if they drop out. So basically he's running to raise money for his Mayoral re-election bid. I can't imagine why anyone donated any money to him, but that's another story

And yes, he's hated by pretty much everyone in NYC, left and right. The NY tabloids have had a lot of fun with his Quixotic "presidential run" when he can't even run his own city. The best was the people from NYC who bought billboards in Iowa asking where their mayor was when he was campaigning there

I was unfriended by someone on FB today because I simply said a meme they posted about newswomen on house arrest was goofy. Their legs are the only place they could place a microphone setup with expected dresses on. I didn't use profanity, and even suggested I noticed because we have regular hurricane events and see a lot of long-term live coverage where we see this kind of behind the scenes stuff.

I was called an online bully and told to just enjoy my life. Now I'm getting messages calling me a dumbass and an asshole.

It definitely feels like Bernie is starting to fade to Warren and Biden so he's doubling down on this stuff to keep his base engaged so these ideas don't completely disappear from the party's platform. His polling hasn't been so good, and oddsmakers have him listed as having about a 12% chance of winning the primary. Quite low. Second of all at no point did Cartman ever say how he felt. He also said unfortunately. It is very unfortunate and also true.
