Mox has to kill Cassidy with extreme prejudice. Maybe the most uneven ppv main event they've had in years.

They're hitting a good stride with the women right now and I wish they could do more. Mina should be around forever.

Collision was scheduled on 12/7 to take place in Columbus, OH at the Nationwide Arena and now has moved venues to take place at GalaxyCon, a fan convention happening that weekend in Columbus.

Haven’t watched last night’s show yet, so maybe it was referenced, but it feels like Mox-Cassidy for the International title main eventing All Out last year has been completely forgotten about.

OC's mentioned it but it hasn't really been a point of emphasis on commentary or anything.

AEW did a remake of probably the best ECW video package ever. Oh man, how I love licensed music in wrestling.

Speedball's TNA contract runs til the end of the year, so he can't join AEW til January, and will not be in the Continental Classic. But, he's a lock for the 2025 CC.

AEW announced a bunch of show locations for December and Q1 2025. Some interesting venues for weekly TV (mostly smaller than the buildings they’ve been running), as well as Crypto.com Arena for Revolution (first LA show not at the Forum).

Thank fuck they aren’t going back to Kia Forum or to the Intuit Dome. That neighborhood adds at least 45 minutes to my drive each way. It’s all the way on the other side of LA. Like if you lived on Long Island and were going to Jersey. Fuck that.

They're putting a lot of heat on Deathriders, which I approve of. Darby not even breaking the table on that Gorilla Press was nasty af.

The move to smaller arenas is going to really help with making the crowds sound hotter. It's obvious the fans are into the shows but they're overwhelmed by how big the buildings are.

This stuff with the Boom guys I have no idea who it's for, but it sure isn't for me. I hope it's actually getting them attention because it's unwatchable.

For real is something wrong with Adam Cole? Dude looks near death and is painting himself to look alive. Not unlike the MJF feud, I guess.

Toni gonna ruin Mariah and Mina's live sex celebration and it'll be wonderful.

More Claudio/Darby. Darby running through them all one by one until Mox is absolutely fine, I just don't want it rushed too hard because this is a special moment in the making. But more Claudio/Darby.

Callis is the worst part of the Will storyline and it feels more and more apparent. I really like the stable and the directions but Callis is not the guy, ever.

I want Joe to come back and join the Hurt Syndicate so bad.

The fucky thing about Callis is that he's maybe the best possible "evil authority figure" worker there is right now, having done a great job at it twice over (ECW as Network rep Cyrus, early TNA as the Director of Authority). As an outright manager, though? He even has X-Pac heat with me.

At least they're relegating it to the preshow and not expecting people to pay for it.
Yeah, I'm glad they made it easy to skip over. Gonna miss this Pre Show. I just can't with the damn Rizzler. Everyone says it's wholesome and charming, but I can't stand precocious loudmouth kids. That's the boomer rant of the day brought to you by Brocklock.

I've found Callis much more tolerable in this role than when he was with Omega. He's not great or anything but I think he works far better. He went from something that made me want to change the channel to something I can watch.

He's a fine mid card to lower mid card manager, I guess. He's Johnny V. The thing is that stable is stars and he's a goof.

Literally nothing Callis can do or has done that Christian can or hasn't done better.

I’ll give the Costco guys proper due because I’ve seen them put more effort into promotion for their pre show attraction than a lot of active talent has. They aren’t in it for buzz and attention (they wouldn’t be working with AEW if that was the case) but in it for the love of the game and that has to be respected.

I know we’re not supposed to body shame professional athletes anymore but the physical presentation of Adam Cole along with him as a general character is a negative draw for me as a viewer and general enjoyer for the company. MJF feels low effort too and I don’t blame him for it.

Cole looks genuinely unwell and it's off putting. That he works like a shell of his former already lame self is secondary.

The one belt AEW could definitely use is a women's tag title. Nyla and Harley have serious comedy potential.

If sales were bad, its totally worth pivoting away from it versus the gigantic financial losses and logistics.

Grand Slam is officially moved to a nearby sports arena in Brisbane. Very ambitious for them to attempt a stadium but the interest just wasn't there. Let's hope the Texas stadium show next year fares better.

That sucks but from the start I doubted they'd be able to fill the original stadium. There aren't even that many people in Australia already and it's geographically isolated. Were they banking on a bunch of Japanese fans showing up? WWE was able to do it because it's been established and around forever. AEW is simply too new.

I'd also say WWE was able to do it because they have Rhea Ripley.
