I'm not sure what aspect you are confused by.
Part 1: Brody implies he wants to have a sexual relationship with Hogan based on his childhood love. The comment was made in jest in hopes of amusing the masses.

Part 2: A wedding is a ceremony where 2 people celebrate signing paperwork legally binding people to one another. Brody is going to die alone, so he was making a snarky comment on marriage being a poor personal choice for others.

Part 2A: Hogan pulling a Michael Scott and making the wedding about himself is potentially amusing if you know of Hogan's long history of ego stroking booking, interviews and comments.

It was nice to see Big Show there. I’m weirdly glad to see that they made up after Hulk’s weird cockamamie scheme to get Show into boxing in the mid ‘00s.
