That was the same issue I was having on my old PS3. I would say about 70% of the games I tried to play would get frozen at that end of game loading screen. If it remains a one time thing I wouldn't worry, but if it happens more then your Bluray drive is on it's way out.

Just a reminder to people who wish to transfer teams:

The team you are transferring to must have a losing record before you take them over. oldskool, this means Nebraska's gotta lose every game for the remainder of the season.

Also SOS time!

Army: 64-59
Georgia: 63-65
Stanford: 57-62
Syracuse: 64-58
TCU: 59-58

I'll do a better update, but apparently its Syracuse with the best, then Army, followed by TCU, then Georgia, and lastly by Stanford.

I knew there had to be some weird reason why I was catapulting my way up the Top 25.
Come on Huskers, do the job & let me take you to the promised land.

Or else I'm going to anger Broward and take Texas A&M.

I'm bored and was curious how many close games I've had so... Note that I never motion, never audible, and just started controlling the LB in my past few games. That probably explains why I struggle so much compared to everybody else but it's also a ton more fun staging a furious game winning drive/comeback.

HQ's History of Close Games
Season 1: 32-27 Win over Florida State
Season 1: 45-38 Win over Maryland
Season 1: 42-39 Win over Clemson
Season 2: 26-24 Win over Florida State
Season 2: 27-24 Loss to Wake Forest
Season 2: 17-13 Win over North Carolina State
Season 2: 27-24 Loss to Maryland
Season 3: 38-34 Win over Rutgers
Season 3: 28-27 Win over San Diego State
Season 3: 27-24 Win over Georgia Tech

Well, I think I found out something hilarious. I have better blocking with my backups on offense, than I do with my starters. Gives me some hope for the next season coming up.

Also, we've got some huge implications this week. As you'll notice, I'm #2, Bored is #3, and Cartman's #4. Well apparently Michigan leapfrogged all of us. With TCU playing #10 Oklahoma this week, there's a good chance now that Bored will be screwed out of the BCS Bowl. I might not get in because my last two games are absolute garbage. I've got Houston, whom I just clobbered, and then I'll probably be playing a crappy Auburn team in the SEC Title game.

This shall be an interesting final week to see which of us is getting in to play Michigan, because we won't be having a user game it seems this year.

Basically whoever doesn't get into that BCS Bowl is playing one another in the Sugar. I bet its you and I, just because of how TCU has a really good game to end its season.

Had a 31-14 lead at one point and nearly choked it away. Managed to run out the final 4:09 of the quarter to win.

RB Malcolm Brown: 8 carries for 47 yards.
RB Edwin Baker: 8 carries for 34 yards. 2 catches for 12 yards.
RB Brady Earnhardt: 11 carries for 30 yards. 2 catches for 17 yards.
WR Damian Wells: 4 catches for 81 yards and 1 TD.
WR Lonnie Liggins: 3 catches for 70 yards.

Defensively, CB Dylan Mohamed had 1 Sack. SS Thomas Hurst had 2 INT.

SU runs away with it in Auburn 28-18.

Makes me wish I wasn't leaving, but then I realize I've got no business winning my conference again; it's just that everybody else sucks.

So yeah. Texas A&M it is because the Big XII is staying 12 and that means I have to get through Texas & Oklahoma just to get to the conference title game.

Well, you being with Texas A&M should be an interesting change of pace.

Also, a reminder that I must be informed of any team changes BEFORE the end of the season. I'm not making a change before then.

Oh, and instead of me moving away from Georgia, I'll just change my team's style from Pro Offense to a Pass Happy One Back. Should be fun times while I try running that for next season.

And just waiting on Cartman so we can move to Week 15 and then wait on Belichick to play his lone game. Then we'll wait half an hour for me to play my SEC game, and then its Bowl season. I think. Something like taht.

I try to help myself forget the 97 SPD HB who will be a sophomore next season by reminding myself of the fertile, fertile Texas recruiting grounds I'll have pipeline state status on once I make the move.

Curious, but are you going to keep AM's play book? Or you going to change to something different like I am? I'm making the change because I like One Back style offenses.

All set. I can only hope the Ohio State ass whipping was enough to vault TCU into the title game, but it's very doubtful with conference title games coming up.

Next season I will be taking over the LSU Tigers.

We're currently on Week 15, however like all Week 15s I'm moving us on ASAP, so get what you need to in, though I doubt you need to at this point.

Also, Cartman, you are right. TCU gets screwed and you are still stuck at #4. I'm still #2 (how) and so the only way anyone is getting in, if I somehow blow my SEC title game. Cause I don't think Michigan is not playing.

So in conclusion, my conference rocks, and I want Cartman to stay the hell away from it because it wouldn't rock as much because I'd play him every damn season. Sometimes twice.

So wanna know who had the hardest teams to play against this season?! Here you go!

Army (9-2): 77-64
Looking at that record and who he's had to beat to do it, its quite amazing really. There was at least 3-5 ranked teams he's played a a lot of positive record teams. I think he should be proud of how well he's done. Also makes me f'n jealous.

Georgia (12-0): 75-69
I'd like to say I'm shocked that my schedule was that hard, but I'm not. I had 4 games in which I struggled, double what I had the entire two seasons previously (both of those ended up being losses to Stanford and Texas respectively). So while I'm not surprised that it was hard, I'm surprised it was as hard as Army's. Though that would explain why I didn't drop from #2 now.

Stanford (12-0): 67-72
And this is the reason why Stanford couldn't jump up. Quite a few bad teams played and it dragged the record down. They did play quite a few ranked teams though, and of course won the PAC-10, so that helped them earn #3.

Syracuse (11-1): 73-71
Hey Syracuse, don't feel so bad about that 1 loss. Both Army and Georgia barely had it any better than you, and all you did was lose against... Oh wait, you lost to UConn? Seriously? Ok, I take it back. Totally should be hanging your head right now.

TCU (12-0): 71-69
You have a positive record, you trounced 7 teams by 100 points, yet you end up #4? What the fuck?! That's like the biggest con job ever.

On the serious side, I'm not sure if I can let you move to them. While they are 3-5 in SEC play, they still managed to play to a 6-6 record and do have a Gator Bowl game against Iowa. Hey guys, should we bend the "must have a losing season" rules a bit for Cartman? Or should we let that Bowl game play out and see if he gets them? I'll let you other three decide.

...choose wisely. Ok? ^_^

Ah, no need to bend any rules for me, I just saw they were 5-6 and forgot they had a game left to play. So lets say if they lose their bowl game i'll move there, if they win i'll move to Clemson I guess.

I don't know why I bothered recruiting but I did.

As for A&M...I dunno what to do with them. I didn't even look at their roster before I said I'd be them. (Now that I look I am appeased.)
I've got no idea what kind of team they run. Think I'm going to go with Multiple offense though. Ground & Pound stays home with SU.

Since I'm already looking ahead here's how my roster losses will break down...

14 Players. Key starters at QB, TE, LT, ILB, and CB will be leaving as well.

I figure I'll be able to keep most of my RS Juniors around. The big guy who I may/may not lose to early jumping would be HB Edwin Baker (who just topped 1,000 yards). He's also my highest rated player on my team too so losing him would be devastating. If he sticks around, that allows me to keep Liggins at WR rather than converting him back to HB.

Also Oldskool: Looks like you'll have your work cut out for ya taking over Texas A&M. Of your 31 players over 80 OVR, 15 are Seniors.

Syracuse only had 12 players over 80 OVR & 8 of them were seniors (3 were juniors & then there's the FR punter) so I'm actually greatly improving.

I apologize guys for not moving forward with the week. I wasn't feeling to well and I took a nap. Managed to wake up in time to go to work, so I at least made it to work.

I'll advance the week to championship games, get in my SEC championship game, and we'll be all set for the Bowl Season.

I beat Cartman 56-49 in overtime to win the Rose Bowl. Hell of job by both defense as there was over 1300 yards of offense in the game but I won the turnover battle 4-1 and that decided the game. Without the turnovers I would have lost by two touchdowns.

Just saw the score and was impressed... great way to close off the season, Bored and tough, tough loss for Cartman. Nice to know that having a Pass D is highly overrated though ;)

You are now looking at your new Overlord of the NCAA. I have conquered Michigan 38-13 and both my offense and my defense showed up. I had 3 INTs, 3 sacks, 14 tackles for losses, 20 of 32 for 432 yards (4:1), and 24 for 168 yards (7.0). All in all a damn solid performance and I can't wait for next year.

The final TD was my defensive lineman doing a shoe top catch and running it all the way from like the 10 yard line for the TD. It was awesome, but sadly it would only let me record Williams out jogging everyone in the entire game. Nice way to cap the game.

oldskool, just waiting on you so we can start preparation for Year 4.
