Woo! Georgia once again wins! 44-13 over rivals South Carolina!
Man, I'm really good with a One Back system now that I'm better at it.
The only downside to the victory was the fact that I lost my starting ROLB for 5 weeks. Hopefully when I play Cartman it isn't a big deal.

Ugly, ugly showing on my part. Squandered opportunities in Bored's red zone early and just got killed. He user picked me 5 times as well, including 2 times inside his own red zone.
QB Frank Wright: 21/29 for 275 yards with 2 TD vs. 5 INT. 6 carries with a long of 10.
RB Edwin Baker: 12 carries for 55 yards. 7 catches for 47 yards.
WR Geoff Bacon: 6 catches for 83 yards.
WR Ryan Morgan: 3 catches for 67 yards and 1 TD.
Defensively DT Austin George and FS Bobby Brown each had a fumble recovery.

Really it was a matter of just having superior talent. I think the writing was on the wall when on my second play I took my fullback and ran over four or five defenders on the way to a 70 yard touchdown.

Iowa Stomps Army 26-15
My lack of offensive line talent is becoming really apparent as I'm largely struggling to run the ball and do much offensively right now. Went with a 4-3 defense and was solid for the most part in the 2nd half until the final 1:50 where I allowed 2 TDs despite being up 15-14.
QB Frank Wright: 21/36 for 333 yards. 5 carries with a long of 6.

For future reference, if you want a legit challenge (outside of just a tough conference), I strongly recommend taking over legit weaker (C to D level squads) teams. It's a lot harder beating A/B teams with a D level team (but more rewarding when it happens), I can attest.
ACC has North Carolina State (C), Wake Forest (C)
Big East has Louisville (C), Cincinnati (C), and Connecticut (C)
Big 10 has Indiana (C), Purdue (C), and Kansas (C)
Big 12 has Colorado (C)
Pac 10 has Washington State (C-)
C-USA has Rice (D), UAB (D), and Tulane (D)
MAC has Akron (D), Miami Ohio (D), Western Michigan (D), Ball State (D-), Eastern Michigan (D-), and Kent State (D-)

Wow... 79-42 final it looks. Although I really gotta question Cartman's running it up... both against Flik (seriously, attempting a pass with probably 0:05 left instead of kneeling?) and against the computer.
Don't want to tell you how to play but... you're up 44-7 entering the 4th quarter against TCU. You score 2 TDs in under 2:06 (discounting the 2 FRs). Kneeling down won't kill you.
If you are gonna run it up, at least throw in the 2nd String guys.

The fact that I still managed to pick him off 6 times, though I allowed 418 yards on 18 of 27 passing?
The fact that I managed to hold his main halfback to 34 yards on 10 carries, but still gave up a 98 yard TD run?
The fact that I threw for 573 yards and 5 TDS on 39 of 54 passing, but also threw 5 INTs?
The fact that while I got 112 yards rushing on 19 carries, but fumbled the ball away 4 times (2 by the main halfback)?
The fact that the only way I made myself look respectable was saying fuck One Back and go Spread offense totally, but he still made me look like an FCS team by throwing a TD with 2 seconds left?
Lots of good facts on why I should be happy, but the negative parts of those facts just drive me up the wall. Especially that last one.

As for the TCU game I don't see why that's an issue since I was scoring over a hundred several times last season with them and nobody said anything. If that's a problem I guess I can just play til I have a good enough lead and sim the rest of my games.

Oh, I'm not pissed anymore Cartman. I'm just frustrated with how bad my secondary is and how bad I played. Besides, my job requires me a SEC Title as one of my accomplishments to stay with Georgia and the other is a National Title. So the new job application isn't so much you, but rather I'm fired unless I beat you in the SEC game. If I can make it there, and I doubt that.

I've got a wake Friday afternoon, a burial Saturday morning & a memorial service Saturday afternoon so I have no idea when I'll get my game in. Should be in by Monday morning at the latest, but I'm hoping me & the family will hold up well enough to sneak it in sooner.

Sorry. It did raise my eyebrows a bit but I figured (like most everybody else) it was just a case of you blowing out wicked easy competition. I don't mind the scores much but at least would prefer to see you sub in the 2nd String if you're up by 40+ entering the 4th quarter as opposed to throwing for 700-800 yards with 9-10 TD with your starting QB

Yeah, don't worry about it so much Cartman. Considering the fact that I held your running game in check so well, aside from the 98 yard fuck up, it actually makes sense that you would throw it. I just wish you would've gone after the short route, instead of the long TD. But you probably thought I was play calling shitty passing wise. But its just my secondary is that bad.

Sounds good, although I'd bump it up more to 35 if you're entering the 4th quarter (e.g. you're easily slaughtering your opponent so at minimum if you're up 35-0 or 42-7). I'd also make the "obvious" point but if you are in a close game but start to pull away at say 3:00 in the 4th and are then up 49-21 (+28), I think it'd be safe to throw in your 2nd stringers.
Just be realistic about it. If you end up winning 90-14 with 2nd stringers playing the entirety of the 4th, that's cool.

Lost my starting QB for 2 weeks after just 2 pass attempts. Largely dominated their running game and did enough on D to take it. BC ran for just 49 yards but were 9/17 for 193 with a TD through the air.
QB Angel Santiago: 27/39 (69.2%) for 325 yards and 2 TD
RB Edwin Baker: 13 carries for 84 yards and 2 TD. 5 catches for 32 yards.
WR Charles Myrick: 7 catches for 120 yards.
WR Ryan Morgan: 6 catches for 53 yards and 1 TD.
WR Lonnie Liggins: 5 catches for 53 yards and 1 TD.
Defensively I had 1 sack by DE Victor Ripley, DE Jacob Hardy, and DE Bobby Lyons. Hardy also had an INT!
Also a bonus to subbing in 2nd Stringers (which I did after my final TD). They can get a +1. Santiago got a +1 to OVR & AWR (although he played the entire game) but my backup RB Aaron Armstrong got a +1 to AWR as well. Same with the majority of my OL.

Assuming I lose one more game and don't make it to the SEC Title, and #3 Alabama says hi, I'll be switching to Tulane at season's end.
The irony here is that Tulane was originally going to be the team I played to start my dynasty.
Edit: Also, anyone know a good play book I can use to play a 3WR, 1TE, 1HB Trips formation? I want to play that mostly since I have tons of success with it.
