I'm apparently senile or something and ended up purchasing duplicates of SNES games I already owned, because I thought I lost them but in fact just put them elsewhere.

So I have space copies of SNES Super Mario World, Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, and Super Castlevania IV. I'd be plenty willing to let them go to someone for a fair price + shipping. If interested, PM me.

Awesome. I had heard his Zelda one but that was it. I think Ducktales is now my favorite. I've spent the day catching up on all the others. The Megaman ones are gold too.

I spent much of last night working on a special office assignment and this often leads to me listening to classic gaming music on youtube (since it's the one computer in our department with sound - and yeah, nerdy, I know) and now I can't help but hear lyrics to Mega Man 2 and 3 songs.

I might check it out from work..figure out who you want to play as? I want to go as Mordecai but the reviews say it'll be a bitch to play the solo game as but I don't want to go as the Tank.

I'm getting it ASAP. I'll probably play as the soldier, since his turret should come in handy esp. at later levels when it drops ammo and heals you with friendly fire.

Well..that looks like there's at least three of us that'll be down for playing. I probably won't buy the game but I'm sure I could just keep it out on extended check-out with no big problems..

I'm getting it on Steam anyways.

I finally have a decent gaming PC, it's $15 cheaper as a pre-order on Steam vs. anywhere else on a console, and it seems like another TF2/L4D situation where the modding community kicks ass on PC, while 360/PS3 users will be stuck with shitty connections, patches months after their PC release and no custom anything.

Well, since my computer's a piece of crap that can barely start up without needing a defrag and my I still can't afford to get my laptop a new cooling fan so it doesn't overheat and shut down every 10 minutes, I'm a bit limited in my choices. Besides, 360's cheaper for me now anyways.

GH:World Tour guitar fucking up with wireless pisses me off so much. Who the hell designs a control for a game with internet that malfunctions with wireless running? I mean seriously, I shouldn't have to turn off my internet to play this game but I guess i have no choice. Fucking flawed piece of junk.

Question for GH3 while we're talking GH..

Why can't I choose to play my friends on GH3? I wanted to challenge my good friend to TTFATF however we could only play random people, not each other.

So, I get home from work last night and like has been the case for the past few days, decided to turn on the 360 and play some Borderlands.

Welp, I turn it on and it tells me there's an update for my system.

It would seem that I had been accepted into the preview system for the new 360 update and I've gotta say, having Last.FM play thru my 360 is really nice. Facebook and Twitter? Eh..each new component you have to sign in to and they don't run in the background, so you can't cruise thru the dash with Last.FM playing.

Haven't tried the Zune feature as I don't have an HD tv.

So far, everything is running pretty smoothly.

So aside from myself and CV, who else is on Borderlands?

I've got a Lvl 25 Siren going (Firefly mod) and am wanting to co-op with some people. Either equal level or to help out and act as a hired gun.

Hey Broward let me know if you want to co-op again. My lvl. 28 Soldier's turned out to be a pretty good tank and I've got some decent weapons (the 645 X 3 rocket launcher is my heavy hitter) and I'm running around New Haven and Middle of Nowhere knocking out the bounty hunter boards. Man they throw out a ton of side quests. You might want to consider some help if you haven't done Old Haven yet. Either that or make sure you have some powerful corrosive weapons. Lots of armored enemies around there.

Borderlands deserves its own thread, its a potential sleeper for game of the year candidate! I've got a lvl25 Beserker, which is really fun to play when you run around punching everyone!

Yeah, my mom just bought me a new laptop with Windows 7 and it is so much faster and sleeker than Vista or XP.

Im not convinced by the new "Pin" idea it incorperates, i miss my quick launch and msn running in the notification area out of the way.

Finished Borderlands today. Worked my Soldier (actually, with his mod he's a "support gunner") up to level 36 and he's basically unkillable. A ton of fun to play, but it kind of broke the game when I got a character mod for the soldier at level 22 that added a +9 to Ammo Regeneration, which meant I never had to pick up any ammo ever again. I was firing off my rocket launchers at anything that moved and I never got below 50 rockets. Still though, it was a blast to play. Kenobi or Broward, let me know if you want to co-op either with the end of the game or if you want to go through the harder difficulty.

The scart cable for my Dreamcast died. Sad times.
