You see that's the other thing that I would be a problem is how many people would recommend games gone by. Yet, we do that in the books folder and it works out alright. Then again, there are tons of more books than there are games...

I think a bi-weekly thread would be good. It would give whoever's turn it is to pick a particular game series/genre/publisher and right up about it.

I was going to make a new thread but I don't know if enough people play the franchise.

It's obviously easy to download a Pokemon DS game rom, is it possible to download one that's had every pokemon caught in it? Action Replay isn't possible for me and neither is WiFi.

you'd have to find a save file compatible with your emulator/flashcart, but if you find one it should just be a matter of putting it in.

I have an R4 card.. Do you reckon someone's made this possible? Pokemon like Arceus and Mew are just not possible otherwise.

Wow that looks interesting.. I managed to make a Mew and put it on my game but instead of level 100, it starts at level 5. But when it gets a single XP point it starts to level up by one at a time and I couldn't be bothered to do it 95 times so i'm back to editing again.

Your R4 card has built in Action Replay.

download a cheat database and save it on the R4 in the respective folder.

Gee, that's great. Because those never go wrong...*cough* Wanted:Weapons of Fate *cough* Terminator: Salvation *cough*

Still, you got to give EA kudos for finding a way to wring more mileage out of the Harry Potter license. It's not just the Deathly Hallows game. It's the Deathly Hallows game, Part 1!!!

I thought I had remembered hearing that the game got scrapped when Heath Ledger died but after doing some Google searches it appears there were a multitude of problems. Apparently, after the movie's release Gary Oldman was talking in interviews about the game but apparently it got scrapped between Pandemic Studios was apparently working on a different Batman project when instructed to convert it into a game based on Dark Knight by WB and had trouble making the transition and then apparently Pandemic got shut down according to another thing I read. No concrete details except one article claiming that no game cost the studio earning $101 million which seemed a bit high to me unless the game was super successful.

I've been quietly playing away on Lego Universe over the last few months. At first I wasn't impressed, however, its starting to turn into a really fun and different MMO. They've added racing and personal areas to build what you like (That people can visit). I'm liking it.

On closer inspection it appears I already have that exact .DAT file on my R4 card.

I've tried one cheat for Poke Plat, the 'Complete pokedex' cheat. Now it's worked, my pokedex is complete with them all captured but I don't physically have them. Is there a way to just make them all appear in my storage boxes on the game?

So after three years of loyal service, my 360 finally died, yet another victim of the RRoD. Now I have no idea what to do. I guess I'm supposed to send it in, but I sorta got my 360 second hand (bought it from a guy I knew), so I'm not sure if they'll replace/repair it and whatnot. So yeah, any advice as to what I'm supposed to do?

They'll probably fix it but you'll have to pay. Go to the website and IIRC there's a form to fill out about repairs, and I think they'll quote you a price if it's not under warranty.
