So I have a Linksys AC 1200+ EA6350 router.

I have the internet speed with COX that is supposed to give you up to 50 mbps dl speed.

My PS4 was pulling 894 kpbs and just running like shit obviously. I played with some settings on the router and managed to get it to 1.1 mbps dl speed and 4.4 upload. That's still pretty shitty right?

I'm not sure what to do to fix this and make it run better. I'm pretty blind and retarded when it comes to this kind of thing.

Have you tried different channels on your router? I was having my Wi-fi outages and shit speeds constantly and the reason was there were like 8 other networks in the channel I was on that were causing interference. There are apps you can get that show you which channels are being used the most.

Do you know what your max d/l speed is from your internet provider?

50 wired. No guarantee on wireless unless you use their router which is $7 more a month. Then they guarantee 35.
I'm returning my router and getting their wireless modem.

Even the cheapest routers should hit 100mb easily. Have you checked your wired connection speed to see if it's your router and not something else? Try plugging your computer directly into your router and then your modem and test both.

I get HORRIBLE speeds on my PS4 as well. As in, it won't even let me share play half the time because my connection is so poor. I'm moving to a new place in a month and will have my connection wired there, so hopefully it will be a lot better then.

Wired connection is the 50 they guarantee.
I'll use the Cox wireless modem. That should help.

Does anyone know if Best Buy will take something back with no box or receipt?
I know they sell a lot of opened or unboxed merchandise at a discount.

I figure I won't get full value but something would be nice. Even a store credit!

They announced that Driveclub PS+ Edition is finally available for download!

Then they announced that the announcement was premature and the servers aren't ready...

This whole thing was a complete disaster from the beginning. They're a year and a half late on a version of the game that's just a demo.

Completely agree, the shitty servers are the only thing holding the game down right now. I'm addicted.

Teammate AI is the worse part for me. You can still invite friends to play your game, either as opponents or on your team, but in exhibition and AI your teammates will actively try to score for the other team.
