Couldn't care less about the Dante's Inferno demo. I couldn't help but think "I sure wish I was playing God of War, or Devil May Cry" when I was playing it. It's not horrible, but it doesn't do enough to separate itself from the crowd.

Been playing Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time for the past couple of weeks now. Boy, is this game long. But it's pretty fun, with a lot of different things to do. This is my first R&C game, and I rarely ever buy platformers but I'm glad I got this. However, I kinda want to beat it already so I can get started on Demon's Souls, God Of War Collection and Modern Warfare 2 already.
Been playing Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time for the past couple of weeks now. Boy, is this game long. But it's pretty fun, with a lot of different things to do. I've been working on Tols of Destruction, though I haven't played much oveer the past few days. Crack in Time came with my PS3, but I wanted to finish its predecessor first. This is my first Ratchet and Clank game.

I beat Ratchet and Clank the other day. Very good game. It wasn't as long as I made it out to be. I guess that since I've been so busy lately, I've been playing the game for about a month, but have only spent about 15 hours on it. With school and work, I would only play a few hours every weekend.

Local indy store (Grainger Games) has imported Demon's Soul and Valkarie Chronicles, so I picked Demon's Soul up and will pick up VC later on! Demon's Soul seems pretty awesome and I can see why NeoGAF have blown their wad over it.

My dog chewed up one of my controllers, even though I mainly play alone I kinda wanna have 2 controllers for the times friends come over. Also I wouldn't mind getting a dual shock controller. I got a $20 gift card for gamestop so between that and a couple of games I am turning in, it will probably take care of 50% of the cost.

On top of that I picked up Valkyria Chronicles today for £20 ($15) and really enjoying it at the moment, its a great little turn based tactical RPG - though you can smell the Japanese in it.

The ones I've seen are bundled with a greatest hits game (Uncharted, GT5 Prologue, first Ratchet and Clank Future). If nothing else, you can always trade in the game somewhere for credit. I've seen these deals in a lot of store here in Canada, but I have no idea if they are in the states as well.

Check out the DLC when you get through with the main campaign. There are some pretty fun/challenging side missions, one of which is from the vantage point of the Empire.

Downloaded the Bayonetta demo, anyone played it? Is it any fun? I loved the Devil May Cry games so I am looking forward to this.

We got the packs with the Dual Shock 3 and game here in the states. I think they are not as available right now because I think it was something mainly being done for the Christmas season down here, as most websites have taken them down (GameStop) or are out of stock (Amazon). I did see one behind the counter at my local GameStop still so there's a good chance you see them in the store. The ones I know of are the same three games, but if you have those titles already or aren't interested in those titles you may still want to get that deal. Reason being GameStop is doing a promo where a select list of games gets guaranteed $20 TIV and all three of those games are on there. One of the game sites I read, I saw people buying a bundle, going to another Gamestop and trading the game in toward another bundle and so on to get all the controllers they wanted at a discount. If you do decide to pick it up to get $20 back for the game, just know that promotion only lasts through this Sunday, 1/10.

I've only got a 40GB hard drive with ~33GB left after playing the games I already have (most of the 7GB installed is MGS4); with a sure flurry of PS3 games to come into my possession soon, should I forfeit one of them to buy a hard drive upgrade?

I upgraded my PS3 HD to a 300gb one for £40. Well worth it considering what can be stored on the HD.

You wanna find a 2.5" sata HDD there are plenty on amazon or PC world. Just look around.
At the bottom of the fat PS3 there is a little cover take it off, then unscrew the little fat screw that locks the HDD in place. (this can be a bastard because you need those stupid tiny philips screwdrivers) Then slide the lock and pull it out. Repeat in reverse and when you turn the ps3 on it will ask to format.
It takes no more than 5mins to install, but the format can take a while.
I also had the lengthy process of backuping up my old HDD to my external which took 2 hours, but then i had my 40gb filled.
