Justin Credible was in the Main Event?

I believe he was, actually. A successful title defense by RVD. Now Credible teams with Test and Brian Lawler defends the "ECW National Title", so the brand is on fire.

See, if you book David Flair you - automatically - top 10000 buys.

It's a loophole in the game.

10,000 is a pretty shitty number. Is this about the Ric Flair version of the game?

On that note, I have a saved game file using the 2006 data. Would running "Steve 2" using 1993 data mess up the fact I have 2006 data?

No, it's about Zed & me countlessly giving David Flair jokes to each other. We must have gone through a million variations so far. Tubedubber is hilarious when using David Flair videos.

Well, I was essentially correct in assuming it was an A-B conversation that I should C my way out of.

I wasn't into it right off, but I'm getting that jonseing I had back in 2003 or so where now I'm at work and wish I was at home booking my upcoming PPV with feud blow off matches.

I miss commentary though... I guess. I guess in reality I just skimmed to see what my star rating was, but now that you're reduced to just reading "Shawn Michaels pinned Edge in 15:32" with some agent notes underneath, I miss it. I also miss being able to do purposely bad segments by selecting "Interview" (which I also wish wasn't shuffled in with 5,000 other angle options, but I guess it's easy enough to find when you figure it out) and selecting purpose "None". Dames would really let you have it for that!

I don't know why exactly, but the game is 10000 times better when playing somebody else. Seeing other peoples cards, like Sean O'Haire wrestling FOUR times in a row.

I've noticed the AI's TNA game has women winning the X-Division Championship, defending against men and keeping it.

Yeah, I barely ever read through an entire match in EWR, yet I've this strange longing to see Dames mark out for a legdrop to the back of the head or bury Konnan. It's weird.

One thing that's slightly annoying, the match results show when someone wins a title, but they only show someone retaining a title on CPU cards. Even in multiplayer it doesn't show up on other players cards as a retain.

EDIT: Woo. Signed up Poffo, Savage, Okerlund and JJ Dillon for Mid Atlantic. National, here we come!

Apparently Blackjack Lanza strongly dislikes me. I guess because I fired him.

Anyone have an answer for my database question?

Benoit and Daivari have formed a team called "The Amazing Bandits". Ok then.

So long as you create a new database from the editor screen and put the 1993 data into that database, no problem. I've got about 5 databases on the go.

"You used Jim Ross on this show too much. You used Jerry Lawler on this show too much"

Am I supposed to give the announcers matches off on a 20 segment PPV? Maybe it was a reference to having them fight each other in a barbed wire match before the show.

I've had the message that I used someone too much when I used them once. It was an hour long show and I put a lower midcarder in the main event, that was his only action.

I think maybe using opener's, lower midcarder's etc. for too many "minutes" on your show causes that.

Yeah what he said. I gave the Briscoes, who were openers debuting, a pre-match promo before their debut match and the game said I used them too much.

Awesome. In my CornellVerse game, I just managed to steal my World Champion's former stablemate from the #2 promotion that I'm at war with.

Has anyone had any injuries yet? My game's been going 5 months and I've had nothing.

EDIT: Also, anyone check win-loss records? I just gave one of my lower-mids a win, simply because he was 0-12.

I've got one guy I just can't seem to do anything with. He's a hoss, basically. A* Power and Menace, A Looks and Star Quality, lots of Fs and lots of C-'s. Apparantly, he's "awful" in the ring and should be kept away from a live microphone "at all costs". Which is kinda bad. I tried debuting him with some squashes and got C-'s and Ds aplenty. I put a decent manager with him and still only got C ratings for interviews. Video packages, C ratings. Yet for some reason, his popularity jumped quickly up and before I knew it I was being told to stick him as an Upper Midcarder.

The kicker is, I've started putting him against better opponents to cover the fact that he sucks. The match ratings are going up, but his popularity has regressed back to where it was to start. He was more popular having D grade matches than B grade.

Sounds like he'd be better off being a bodyguard/manager type for someone.

Well, his mic-skills stink, so bodyguard might be the route to go. His other Rumble skills beside Power are bad, which means he's not even a great brawler.

But he's big and I'm the CornellVerse equivilent of WWE, so I've got to push him regardless of ability, surely.

stick him with a manager that can help him get better on the mic. I stuck Coach with Tomko and Snitsky in my game and within 4 months they went from Ds in acting and mic skils to B-s or Bs.

Also can anyone point me to a good scenario right around the time Vader just debuted in the WWF? I have no idea where to look so any help would be very nice and I'll be very thankful.

Thanks.

That's the only way to do a "gauntlet" match...and two of those matches were As, thank you.
