Took longer than I wanted to get to it, but I got through it & smoked the Browns. Like an idiot I forgot to go into the highlights and save the video of Quinn lobbing a pass into the goal posts that bounced off & was caught by the Browns WR in the end zone.

Didn't count, sadly. They needed all the help they could get.

The week is advanced! Good job on getting this far this fast, guys.

I just played the most amazing fucking game against the Vikings. Battled to a defensive showdown, with me leading 7-3 after the first quarter. Second quarter, Adrian Peterson busts out two HUGE runs up the left side for touchdowns- making the score 17-7. A quick 3 and out at the beginning of the second half(I was getting frustrated) led to Favre slinging it downfield and making it 24-7. I got pissed here. WR screen to Jennings from the 20, 80 yard TD. I crush Peterson the next series, get the ball back and go to a no huddle with 5 minutes left and then toss it deep to Driver, who gets a 43yd TD. They get the ball and move it and kick a FG, so the score's 21-27 now, forcing me to get a TD or nothing. On the ensuing kickoff, my return guy brings it back all the way and I'm up 28-27 with 2:39 to go. Uh oh, left Favre too much time- he drives down the field and gets a huge pass to Shiancoe in with 1:23 left, and they convert the 2pt conversion. 35-28 Vikings. Rodgers drives it back down the field, big pass to Donald Lee brings it down to the 2yd line and Ryan Grant gets it in on the 2nd try with 27 seconds left, tying the game at 35 all.

Crazy shit happened here: They start playing turtleball to run the clock and go to overtime and Chester Taylor fumbles it, activating fight for the fumble- I WIN the fight, on their 30 yard line (!), and I tried to call a timeout using the back BUTTon on the pad and it ticked off the last two seconds of the game! FUCK. Overtime comes, Vikes get the ball and Favre throws a horrible pass to Peterson who could've scored on third down. Punt, and a decent return (starting to get good at these). And then, the best fucking run EVER:

If you're trading everyone, give me a talkin to for those 90+ speed WRs and CBs. I know that limits me to Evans, Parrish, and I think just McGee & McKelvin, but damn if one speedster on each side of the ball wouldn't turn this team around.

That's how I felt with Adrian Peterson running 80 yard TDs on me in my game. Thankfully I made the huge comeback in what is definitely the game of the year in either of our online franchises, but man oh man.

The game is starting to feel a little glitchy with some of the plays. There are certain plays which seem like they ALWAYS result in a first down or a huge play no matter what the defense does.

I didn't agree with you until I played my game this week v. KingPK. Went up 28-0 and outside of a couple little fluke plays, nothing went wrong. Hell even Flacco got in on the fun & ran up the middle for 18; it's uploaded in the franchise page for this OF under Video Highlights, everybody go look.

Unfortunately I lost the video where I got to GOREGOREGORE Wes Welker on a punt return & forced a fumble, because I foolishly Stokleyed my way down the goal line to burn precious, precious second quarter seconds.

One of the things about this game is that hitting the strip button is pretty much useless. It's more of a "let your defender get run over" button. Really, the best way is to just slam into the ballcarrier at full speed.

I couldn't get anything going at all. My defenders couldn't tackle and let three picks bounce off their hands, couldn't run and couldn't give Brady more than 3 seconds to pass. And was it me or was the game kind of slow? I assume it was lag but it seemed like everyone was moving slower than I'm used to. I think that's why I muffed that first punt that was bobbled and I recovered.

It went like 30 yards at an angle & my return man ran into it when it was bouncing.

Yeah, now that you mention it you did drop a few easy picks. Though you got at least one back when Ed Reed didn't catch that one uncharacteristically horrific overthrow of yours. You fuckin Delhommed that one.

In other news, I tried the FG Block Return and then stupidly tried to juke Maroney instead of blowing by him, cost myself what, 20 yards by taking it out of the end zone instead of taking it at the 40-something because you missed? Luckily Rice got some ridiculous blocking and I went 73 for 6 no the next play.

I went for the FG fake because it occurred to me that I couldn't make a field goal that long with the lag being what it was, and figured then was as good a time as any to see if it had any hope of working (hint: it doesn't).

Oh, and I ran the ball on 2nd & 3rd down in the last 40 seconds because I wanted Rice to get 100 yards, and he did. 13 carries, 100 yards even.

So after getting my ass kicked for half a game, then managed to just kill the clock for the 3rd quarter so the bleeding wouldn't get worse, and 1 yard from the endzone, the game fucks up and tells each of us that the other quit. So we get to do it again yay.

i just had the best pick 6 ever. Cleveland had the ball at their own 15 or so and it's 3rd and 18. I ran the CB blitz play and the RCB hit Quinn just in time to throw it right to the LCB who was a yard away from him. It was the quickest INT you'll ever see.

I am, of course, losing to the FUCKING BROWNS anyway. This game has a serious issue with reality based Bills O-lines. In the real world, Fred Jackson is 5th in the league in rushing and the middle of the line has given up 0 sacks. In Madden land running up the middle is a 3 yard loss and any pass not thrown in 2 seconds results in a sack and or fumble.

I call shenanigans.

Just threw my 3rd INT of the game. This one because I was hammering the A button to try and get the snap off before time ran out after I audibled. So of course he just tossed it two feet away to the defender.

Sadly...not the first time that's happened.

I was up 4 with 36 seconds to go...but that doesn't matter when in the game Brady Quinn can throw 80 yard Touchdowns well being tackled.

EDIT: 30-0, Ravens take down Cincinnati. Ed Reed went coast-to-coast late. My offensive line consists of idiots who actively run away from people they should be blocking on screen passes.

Ugh that was an ultimate nut punch ending. Texans score with 1:45 or so left to go up 21-14. I return the kickoff all the way down to their 9 yard line....and can't put it in the endzone.
