We've had the widely available internet and search engines for some 25 years. We are still producing racists. It is learned at home and it can be learned in schools. Young children and teenagers don't just magically find good resources quickly or easily. That's why there's teachers. That's why we don't go straight from crib to driving cars. The kids are alright if they have good guidance, examples, etc. This kind of stuff doesn't help young people or anyone else. This kind of legislation does not deserve the excuse-making of anyone who should know the difference by now.
