Started playing Dead Rising 2 and I already like it WAY more than the first one. Combo weapons are really fun to figure out and the game seems to give you a bit more time to wander around. Just give me a fucking run button and it would be great.

Dead Rising 2 was one I played with my friend over Live and we got nothing accomplished because we were screwing around. I made caught him off guard one time. All he could do was hear me laugh maniacally until I showed up in a pin-striped suit wearing a dinosaur head riding a tricycle to run over the zombies he was fighting. The zombie strippers biting at the crotch is pretty awesome too.

I finished up the Green Lantern game last night/today. Beat the story late last night but grinded to get the final achievements this afternoon. I enjoyed it for what it was ans think it was better than I expected but had some frustrations as I mentioned before. Some of the enemies it seemed there was no working strategy to beat, just luck with dodging.

Moved on to try the first little chunk of Bulletstorm today. There are elements I like but I'm still a little unsure if I like it.

I stopped playing Dead Rising 2 around Christmas. Feel like I'll have to start over now to re-grasp everything. Fun game, just gave up on it too soon. (which was late in the game)

I picked up Dead Rising 2 recently and had a hell of a lot more fun with it than the original. I finished my run through getting as many survivors and quests done as I could and will go back and start grinding the other achievements eventually.

I bought the new Alice game...in part because I'd never played the first Alice game since I am terrible at PC games. I beat the first one which I enjoyed a lot once I was able to get past it being an 11 year old PC game that I was trying to control 11 years later with an Xbox controller.

Started playing the new one and I like it a lot. Reviews have been meh on it but I've already gotten several good hours of fun out of the 2 games.

I also bought Shadows of the Damned today despite knowing almost nothing about it. It's actually pretty good over the top fun so far.

Finished Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks & Mario Kart: Super Circuit this past Sunday. Beat Final Fantasy IV (Final Fantasy IV Collection) for the PSP yesterday. I got Driver 2 in my PS2.

Been playing MLB '10 the Show. Haven't gotten around to it because I'd been playing COD Black Ops or doing school work. Doing franchise, but I just prefer to play games and let the CPU do all the finance/trade/roster stuff. It's more fun for me that way to act as the manager and cope with the hand I've been dealt. You get some hilarious stuff like the computer charging my fans $254 for a GLOVE. Best part is that nearly 300 fans a game have bought them at that price. WTF?!?! Also, hilarity ensued when I played the Royals and David Ortiz stepped into the box. I haven't checked the transaction box to see how Big Papi got shipped out to Kansas City.

Shadows of the Damned is on my radar after watching Giant Bomb's quick look. It seems to revel in its outlandishness.

Finally unlocked the dodge roll in Dead Rising 2. Maybe I'll finally go after more Psychopaths. I'm earning tons of PP from saving survivors, though. I still use the spiked bat because it's one of the best "crowd control" weapons in the game.

I feel like it's too powerful. Unless something called for me to have guns I just ran around with a bunch of bats with nails in them and wrecked shit.

After swapping PSN IDs with my good friend, I not have a boat load of games to play through. Plants Vs. Zombies and Assassin's Creed II are taking up most of my time at the moment.

Finished Dead Rising 2. Guess I should have found one more dose of Zombrex.

It's kind of disappointing to find the best strategy for the last boss is foregoing the custom weapons and grabbing a bunch of guns. I'll dive back into it next week to fuck around and try to find all the weapons (I want to check out the LMG + stuffed bear combo).

Started playing Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. I'm only into the second chapter and the game is starting to get a bit repetitive. The gameplay isn't anything original, but it's pretty fluid and it's nice to see someone bring back Shadow of the Colossus style boss fights. It's looking to be a pretty long game, so I hope things don't get bogged down too much.

Also playing the Lara Croft XBLA game. That one I'm really digging; a pretty great mix of puzzle solving and action.

I'm almost done grinding out the Platinum Trophy for inFamous. Just have 35 blast shards and about 8000 XP to get to unlock the last 2 trophies.

Yeah, I have to start playing that again now that I have access to my PS3 again. I think the last thing I did was fight the huge snow field boss who was about 5 or 6 levels in. I really liked the game from the short amount of time I spent on it. Like you said, nothing original but it's pretty well put together.

Playing Dead Space 2 right now. I haven't noticed too many game play changes from the first game, but it's probably just as good so far. Really dug the swerve at the end of chapter 5. That was a pretty sweet sequence.

I can't decide what game to start next. I'm going to have a week off work coming up soon. I have the following sitting around

-Resident Evil 5
-Fable 3
-Batman Arkham. I started this a while back, but quit early for one reason or another.
-Dead Rising 2. Made it far into the game, but lost interest. Would need to re-start from the beginning.

So, I managed to get the Platinum in inFamous, so I decided to put some time into Assassin's Creed 2. I just got the hidden blade, but I just have very little will to play the game. The story is intriguing, and I enjoy the characters, but I think it's the gameplay that's killing it for me. Going from a past paced open world game, to one that is a lot slower, and more deliberate is a hell of a transition. I might play a linear game for a while before I sit down and sink some time into AC2.

I finally have given Oblivion a shot. I've had it for months.. kept trying to get into it.. but I wasn't feeling it. Gave it one last ditch effort this past weekend as I wanted to start and finish it before Skyrim comes out and I've already sunk 15 hours into the game.. and I'm only at level 3. Wow. I just joined some Dark Brotherhood of assassins after I escorted Sean Bean to a temple on the top of a snowy mountain, good times!

Apparently the 5th anniversary version that comes out soon is the GOTY edition of the game with some DVDs and a map of the land. Unfortunately, for PS3 owners, the GOTY edition is still heavily glitched in that you can't cure yourself from vampirism if you ever get infected.

Won the Stanley Cup in NHL 11 by beating the Predators 4-1. Now I need to figure out the NHL's salary cap rules so I don't fuck my team over in the offseason.

Castlevania: LoS has become quite the enjoyable game; the whole light/dark magic dynamic is neat.

This summer I think I should finally finish a few games like Deadly Premonition.

Just remember...as long as the player is under 40 at the end of the contract you can pay them 2 million salary in year 1 and load the rest into a signing bonus so that you can have the last years at 1 million per year and make the cap hit small. It's ridiculous and although I've never tried it...I need that to be in the game.

Started messing around with WWE Universe mode again in SvR 2011. And just like in real life, Cena is either the champion or the number one contender every month. Back to Final Fantasy XIII for a while, I think.

Finished Ocarina of Time 3ds. Might give Master Quest a try but probably not. Playing Ocarina of time makes me now want them to port Wind Waker to the system. I'm sure it could handle it.

Next up is probably Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3d. There's apparently some controversy over the fact that it is impossible to delete your save data, but given the nature of the game I personally don't give a shit.

I won Lunar Eternal Blue Complete on eBay for a steal last week, so when im home, im playing that. When im out, Im still plugging away at Crisis Core. I have about 20 hours invested and the missions are savagely addicting.

This is such a bad rail shooter.

Currently re-starting Ar Tonelico 3 on the account my original save was corrupted. Go PS3 go! Oh well, I hadn't played it in a few months and forgot about what I was doing anyways. I just do know that I'll be going after Cocona first, because she's my favorite girl.

Lunar 2 is one of my all-time favorite RPGs.

I'm playing Duke Nukem: Time To Kill.

Went back to Batman: Arkham Asylum for the first time in a while today. I really enjoyed it when playing before but got distracted and never got back to it.

When starting up, I was unsure about jumping back in or starting a new playthrough. Jumped back in and ended up beating story mode. Glad I got back in, as I had a great time. I've said before I focus a lot on achievements too. I ended with 605/1000 I believe. This playthrough had been on Normal, so I'll have the hard playthrough, a few other clean up things, on top of all the combat challenges, but I'm guessing I'm not skilled enough for those anyway.

Bastion is quite good. It has a pretty unique look, GREAT music and the narrator may be one of my favorite new characters this year.

Been playing a lot of Plants Vs. Zombies and Limbo since last night. Still have to play through Dead Nation, Assassin's Creed 2, and Borderlands now that I picked it up for cheap last night. Too bad I never seem to have any time for games lately.
