I need to renew my Xbox Live, so I was debating going to Best Buy tonight and getting a new Live membership to claim the Game with Gold before it expires and get this. Just not sure. Know it will be on sale in a few weeks, so I will probably just save my receipt and get re-buy at the discount later to get a price adjustment.

This isn't the first game to do this, but I HATE HATE HATE when games don't even have a fucking in-game manual and direct you to a fucking website.

I'm....not enamored with the gameplay so far. Feels really fucking weird.

My biggest issue with the game is that when you have a move that you can chain into a pin (or at least with my CAW's finisher, the Styles Clash) it does NO damage if you elect to chain it.

I felt like they were going places with 2K14. Even with the less impressive graphics. I want games (at least some of them) to focus less on realism and focus more on fun.

I think it's because something like, WWE can use it in archived footage but can't create anything new with it. 2K only has rights to "WWE".

I caught a bit of the career mode that someone was streaming. I saw his CAW attack Ryback, poorly, on the ramp, and then be interview backstage by Renee. Uh-oh...

There was no ambient noise from the show, or crowd noise in general....no reactions from the crowd, at all.

Renee is animated about as poorly as she is rendered.

The voice actor chosen in no way sounds like a wrestler, or has a memorable voice. Also, the promos that the voice actor reads must have been crafted by a new, detached member of WWE Creative, as there is no flow. It was first week Promo School stuff from NXT.

I really can't get over how bad the promo was. At this point, you should be able to cut your own promo through your headset after choosing the general idea of your statement. Or...they could hire voice actors worth a damn and give them a quick course on how a wrestling promo is supposed to sound.

I also really don't like how a lot of the Showcase mode is you either watching cutscenes during a match or waiting FOREVER in those QTE's for the single fucking button you need to push to light up.

I wouldn't recommend this at full price to anyone. Wait until it goes to like $40.

Ok, they got Patterson to record a new version of his ring announcing at Over the Edge '98. This game might be OK.

Got it on PS4, don't regret it. It's unquestionably a better game than before, and the create mode (which was my major, major gripe with 2K15) has been massively expanded. You can fine-tune the features on a face to make nostrils slightly wider or raise one eyebrow or something, there's much more choice in terms of hairstyles and clothes (and oh yeah, you can actually create divas), plus you can choose what material clothing is made out of: Default, Cloth, Matt, Vinyl, Satin or Metallic. It means you can put together cohesive outfits much better. If only you could import custom entrance themes and it had the ability to create custom entrance videos that they had in 2K13, the creation side of it would be pretty perfect.

"Addressed an issue where a character could not use both Finishers if one was a strong strike and the other was a grapple". This explains why I couldn't get Nikki to do the Rack Attack (no matter what I did, her finisher was the forearm).

I also see the invisible victory pose on that list, which was an issue I had when I was using my White Ranger Rollins.

The only real bug I've found so far is my CAW with a mohawk has a weird shadow effect from lower lip down to sort of T-shirt neckline area, but that hasn't been fixed by this patch.

Got this as a free bonus at Red Box last night, so I played it for about an hour. The load times on PS4 are horrendous and there were so many little bugs here and there, I lost count.

I can't remember last time I waited this long to pick this game up but Best Buy's Black Friday ad has it for $30. With their Gamer's Club I should get it for $24. Think I still have early access to the sale status.

Also, ICW announced that their video game, ICW: Fear & Loathing (which will be the first ever game for a UK promotion), will be coming to Steam, PS4, and XBox One. No gameplay footage has been released yet, and the developer (Maveric Media) has no prior game experience, but I'm hoping it's at least worth checking out. ICW is a bit zany, so even if the gameplay is more WrestleMania: The Arcade Game than it is No Mercy I'll be happy.

Best Buy had WWE 2K16 for $29.99 today. I had a $25 Best Buy gift card from my birthday that I had never used, so I decided to give it a shot on this. Hopefully it's worth the $7 I actually spent on it.

Yup. I've been waiting. I have the Gamer's Club so I got it for $24. Ordered WWE 2K16 and NBA 2K16 for a couple bucks less than one is, had I gotten them on release. Now I just have to wait for it to ship, so maybe next weekend.

I'm so enthralled in Elder Scrolls Online and my son loves the WWE games. So I'm considering taking it and wrapping it for Christmas for him since he ended up playing 2K15 more than I did, although those games are pretty hard for a 5 years old.

My Black Friday copy came in over the week. Was messing around with it a little yesterday and today. I hate the submission system. I was doing a submission match to try to do the win achievement for winning by a non-finisher submission and could not get it. Eventually, my opponent grabbed a weapon and got himself DQ'd...
