I didn't realize Lawler was DLC until I noticed it in the little twitter feed window, so that makes sense. Well, it makes sense if you disregard Meltzer being told Sin Cara was getting the international push to sell the game.

The last few games were fun to play if you edited the default move sets.. The gameplay itself allowed for more than enough wiggle room. I mean I guess it's subjective but some people act like SDVR is akin to the Acclaim LOW games which is completely untrue. People need to get over their No Mercy syndrome and realize that they're never going to get a pure sim game again, or at least for a very long time.

I've also decided I want to book some early 90s WWF in EWR. Where can a brother get the goods for that? I have nothing EWR related on my current computer.

I don't think Foley was ever in MEM.. though I only really watched clips of TNA back then (as opposed to nothing like I do now, heyyyooo) so who knows?

..and yeah, Demolition guaranteed that I am buying this. I think this is their first game appearance since WrestleFest in the arcades, no? I wonder if this is one of those situations where THQ worked it out on their own like they did with Savage?

Foley never was Mafia. Booker and Nash are the only two to be in this game as the others were Angle, Sting, Steiner, Joe along with Traci Brooks, Sharmell and Survivor Jenna.

People need to get over their No Mercy syndrome and realize that they're never going to get a pure sim game again, or at least for a very long time.

I refuse. There's no reason two games filled with rappers and generic thug-based gimmick characters can get it better than the largest wrestling/SE company on the planet.

That's subjective though as far as Def Jam goes. I'm a No Mercy fanboy as much as the next guy but at least I can admit that a lot of the SD games have been fun to play and not outright dismiss them just because there's no "hold your button to do a strong grapple" mechanic..

The AI has been really bad the last few years, ESPECIALLY last year. Multi-person matches and tags were just terrible to play. In the Punk/Cena gameplay video they said they ramped up the difficulty. I don't know how to feel about that. If the AI is dumb AND cheap I won't even think about buying this.
