So..Ted and Cody lose the tag belts at the Rumble and begin to bicker with each other. Finally blows up with the two wanting a match against each other with Randy as the guest ref. A minute into it..the two start beating up on Randy and leaving his downed in the ring.
Cut to Bob Sr. with Randy walking to Randy's car. Bob tells Randy to not be too hard on the boys..they're just like how Randy was..err...is..yeah, is. Randy gets a bit pissed and basically goes.. "If there's anyone who knows how ruthless I can be..it's you, Dad..." and while he's walking away and saying this, he comes back out of nowhere and RKO's Bob Sr. on the hood of the car...
So it looks like I'll be picking this up on Tuesday when it releases. I'm kinda excited but I have a feeling I may not like this one so much but hopefully I will.
Anyone think the Stone Cold download codes will sell for a mint on Ebay? I've noticed the Juggernaut codes from Ultimate Alliance 2 are selling for $40+ at the moment.
Best Buy advertises in their ad that if you buy SvR 2010, you can get any WWE DVD for $5 except the Batista one that comes out this week. I just went to the website and pre-ordered a copy of SvR and put a copy of the $50 Royal Rumble Anthology in my cart, $64.98 for both before taxes. If anyone is interested and wants any of the more expensive sets, I'd just now before they pull this offer on the more expensive discs.
I was thinking of having one wrestler tell another wrestler some news backstage, then repeating himself for no reason, then having another guy say, "Hey, did you hear this news?". Wrestler A will yell at him for repeating this info and a feud will be born.
A story idea I had was, since Austin (via pre-order) and The Rock will be in the game, is to make them a tag team called "Attitude", and have them try to dominate WWE nWo style.

Angle would be a good possibility, especially if you play into the whole "it started with me" thing in regards to Cena's debut. Since Orton and Cena feuded in OVW, it could all point back to Orton anyway.
I bit the bullet and put my pre-order down for it, hope I won't regret it like I did with SvR07/08/09 when it was available for half the price two weeks later.
Apparently you don't even have to pre-order it from Gamestop to get the Austin code. You just have to buy it there. The guy working in the shop told me this, so I don't know if he really knows or not, but he also said that the codes only come with the first "batch" of shipments sent to GS so I'm guessing that Austin will be available as pay-DLC down the road.
Yeah apparntly the Austin/Rock Character Models are on Disk, they just need codes to unlock them. So wether the pre-order peeps are gonna get screwed if its the same code etc will yet to be seen.
I started Edges RTWM during my lunch break, the game hasnt really changed much, although its odd not seeing any HUDs etc besides the semi circle under your opponent. Theres alot of strong grapples this year, think how HCTP worked only using the Right stick. Using Strong Left/Right > down initiates the guys ultimate grapple moves.
Body damage is cool. I chopped the fuck out of HHH and was amazed at how brused his chest got, same with his back when i spammed suplexs for shits and giggles.
The Edit attires is shit. Take bigshow for example, his attire consists of one strap singlet, and due to the nature of it, we can only change its entire colour.. i made it blue just for the Jerishow Factor. Boots etc can all be changed, but its just colours no different types etc.
Ill give it a good playthrough tonight, and so far ive learned the following "legends" are unlockable through the RTWM.

..that's not what I care about. A few friends and I used to get together with SvR07 and then 08 and do a weekly "show" of sorts with CAWs. We'd trade CAWs to the main system we were using then finish editing everything. Now..it looks like its not going to be happening.
