I don't watch it, but "Jane the Virgin" is a Golden Globe winner (which I think is a first for the network) and a critical darling, so...

Yeah, it's probably one of the better shows on TV right now. It's rather stylized with all the telenovella stuff but is seriously well acted, well written and grown up about tackling issues and it's characters.

The CW is actually pretty consistent these days. Arrow and Flash are great fun action, Jane the Virgin is just a great show, The 100 is what Lost should have been and approaching some really interesting adult storylines with parallels the what's going on in the world and Supernatural is what it is. Whilst The Vampire Diaries, Reign and Originals aren't everyones cup of tea I get the impression they do what they're trying to do fairly well.

I don't get pissed about cancellations, since I know it's about business. I really liked Sirens, though. It was dumb, but entertaining. At least it tied everything up in the last episode.

I watch Backstrom, Cristella and Forever.

Forever is my favorite new show of the season. It's a really fun, smart, original show. The cast has great chemistry. I really hope that ABC gives it another shot at another slot, but I'm not holding my breath.

"One Big Happy" looked really fucking bad. Like, if it wasn't produced by Ellen DeGeneres...it would have still been greenlit because NBC.

From what I've heard, "Stalker" is gross and misogynistic even by the standards of CBS procedural shows. Like, it makes "Criminal Minds" looks classy in comparison.

The two episodes of "Backstrom" I saw were pretty bad, so I won't miss it.

"Forever" is pretty much the only one of those I've been watching, and I'm going to get pissed when they finally drop the hammer on it. Really enjoy it. I've got all of "Battle Creek" on my DVR, but if it gets cut I'm not going to bother, since it will only irritate me if I like it.

Out of that list, I DVR Marry Me, Forever and Constantine. I had DVRed Backstrom before deleting them all after not sticking to it after a few. Nothing from those lists I will actively miss, as some shows I have really liked have been dumped the past few years. Forever is the best of the bunch but with that one, I don't watch it for a while, then binge watch like four in a row before not watching again. I think I have five or six on my DVR right now.

I've never watched a minute of any of those shows. Is One Big Happy the one with Kelly Brook?

I think she is the burnette. Elisha Cuthbert is the lesbian best friend who gets sperm donated by a guy that guest starred on a million random sitcoms married to I think Kelly Brook. Produced by Ellen!

In years past, I would have watched the show, just because Kelly Brook was on it, but I'm trying to turn over a new leaf. I've certainly watched shows just as bad, for no better reason than because one of the lead actresses had a nice pair of tits (Hot Properties, anyone?).

Syfy cancelled Helix.

That show started off with an intriguing premise and just got more convoluted then the fact it was like Prison Break where they 'had' to get into the real world by S2 just made it not very original afterwards.

I don't know if it counts as a cancellation, but the next season of "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" will be the last one. Also, yes they were still making episodes.

"The Mindy Project" got dropped by Fox, but Hulu might pick it up for a fourth season (In before some idiot says "she's ugly" or "she's not funny")

Never saw the show, so I cannot verify whether she is truly funny or not.

Also, I would say she's cute.

I like Mindy but I found the show to be too all over the place with its writing. Same goes for New Girl, which I would be surprised if it lasts much longer itself.

I've been in the room while Mrs. SFH watches Mindy Project, and it got a few sincere laughs out of me.

I really like certain parts of the Mindy Project (like her ass), but basically all of the side characters are terrible and kind of ruin the show.

ABC cancelled "Cristella", "Forever", "The Taste" and "Resurrection". Also, they renewed "Galavant" for some reason.

I really enjoyed the first episode of Gallavant. But it fell off quick. Should have just been a special and not a series.

I have all of Galavant on my DVR and just assumed it was a mini. Much like Agent Carter, which I heard is getting Season Two. Haven't watched either yet.

Said before on Forever, I DVR it and enjoy it enough but have a ton sitting there.

Saw the Mindy stuff the other day. Show had its moments but I didn't even bother watching this year. Agree with dubq with New Girl too but fell it ended strong this year (though I question how much/long some of the stuff will stick, outside of no more Coach...)

The Following got the axe after three seasons. I got tired near the end of season one and tapped out.
