Some kind of crazy ass partnership with OnLine (or less likely, Gaikai)

Anything about Playstation Plus (like the rumours of actual full games on there)?

Full PS3 games are already being done. So far, it's only Tomb Raider Underworld and Farcry 2, but it's a start...

Rockstar doesn't really do E3. Grand Theft Auto is big enough that it can have its own day. The only reason they would've made an appearance thus far would be for exclusive DLC, and I kinda doubt either company wants to pony up the bucks for that. I think MS paid something like $50 million for the (eventually limited-time) exclusivity on the GTA IV "Episodes".
