You know, I don't mind waiting it out..but fuck I'd like to just get this season over with so we can move on and you know, have our SuperBowl over before the actual one takes place seeing as how you know..we're capable of playing more than one game a week yet we're on pace to finish with the NFL in two weeks.
If I have to wait to play Wario, cool. If he gets booted out so we can just move on and invited back in, cool. I just want to play a meaningful fuckin game of Madden seeing as how the other league is folding.

30-10, Texans over Cowboys.
It was pretty much over in the first quarter as it was Houston 16, Dallas 3.
Third play of the game was a sixty yard run by Steve Slaton for a touchdown. A balanced attack of running the ball and Schaub airing it out kept the Cowboys on their heels seemingly all game. The Houston defense stepped up, forcing two fumbles within the five yard line. (One with Barber at the goal line, one with Romo breaking containment and fumbling at the three)
Mario Williams had six sacks with one being a safety of Romo.
Final stats:
Steve Slaton 207yds / 17 carries
Matt Schaub: 13 / 20 / 3TDs / 1 int
I'll post highlight vids when EAs site stops screwing up.

I'll be in until I get a PS3 and thus cancel my Live membership and switch all my online gaming to PSN instead. Not sure when that'll be, though, so I might be able to do another season while I save up money for that.
Yes right now the ones remaining in both leagues are the same (maybe even same teams) so it doesn't seem like it'd be much of an issue.Matt Young said:

If its the lag, I'd look into your router / internet set-up because for this year's Madden, for pretty much everything else I've played on XBL, I've never lagged out or bogged a game down.
PS3 on the other hand, there's numerous issues with the servers being down / unresponsive / slow to respond..mixed with games just not seeming to actually play as well as they do on XBL. (Note, this isn't a bias, its actual things I've heard from the PS3 customers that come in on a daily basis..)
