I got to the end, did the big bad fight, and then I could just wander around town with all my shopkeepers dead. All I got was a "You defeated the threat, but most of your population died, and the living are too busy mourning their dead to celebrate your victory." And then I can just wander around some more, I suppose that's the end, but it seemed really weird I guess I could go around and individually get people to like me again doing relationship quests.. That's what I get for not forcing child labor, building a whore house, or draining a lake, take that you selfish people who wanted their own stuff and I caved to your demands, everyone's dead because I was trying to be cool.

I'm going to do another as an Asshole Prince, see how that turns out. Might father a bunch of bastards too, just because.

Not sure but apparently soon after this there's gonna be a patch for "Ghostbusters: The Video Game" that will fix the two glitched acheivements there.

Yep, there it is.

This update didn't seem to knock much space off my HD at all but all of the graphical changes to the interface are pretty obvious BK. It looks nice in some respects, but I'm not a fan of the "flat button" graphics they use instead of the old one that looked like it was straight from the controller. Very nitpicky, I know.

I guess the patch was tested and working in June, which would've been one year, but they waited for this update to release it. Seems strange but better late than never (like the achievements for Hellboy including ones for DLC that was never released).

For those curious on what the missing 20 points were achievements for:

Payday! - 10
Be the overall top earner in each Xbox LIVE campaign setting.

You need to beat every level of each campaign being the highest earner and coming in first. You can't fail any round you must complete each round with a victory.

If this doesn't unlock you must complete each campaign, there are 4 campaigns in multiplayer with 3 random game types each.

No Job Too Big - 10
Defeat all Most Wanted Ghosts.

All 20 most wanted ghosts show up randomly in different levels, you can check your list of most wanted ghosts from the xbox live stats menu, the menu will tell you where to find the ghosts and what you need to do to provoke them to show up.

Not all the ghosts show up where they are meant to so if your playing with other people and a graveyard orientated ghosts shows up at times square don't be surprised. You can only collect these ghosts in ranked games, if one shows up concentrate on taking that ghost out.

Anyone can capture or destroy the ghost so it doesn't matter if you do or a friend does, just make sure you capture it as it may not show up again for a little while.

I'm in the middle of doing all that now. I'm sorta being wishy washy on a lot of the choices so I don't become to much of a tyrant and so I can get money into the Treasury. So far, I got rid of child labor, built the whorehouse, drained the lake, broke the promise to the people in the desert (kinda felt I had to), allowed people to buy as much alcohol as they want (now I have a bunch of stumbling drunk people around), didn't make the hippie city into a sewage plant, and rebuilt the libary in Brightville.

Basically if I can afford to put the money back in from my own personal funds, I try to do the thing that makes me look positive thing. But if there's a negitive thing that's going to give me a shit ton of money, well then I do the negitive thing.

The update gets a thumbs down from me. Everything is running slower and they moved Netflix further down the video marketplace menu. Eat me, Zune.

I'm downloading it right now, and just the download screen is making me think this is going to be ugly. BUT I ALWAYS hate when the appearance gets a full makeover, so I acknowledge it's just my not liking change and not usually Microsoft. Avatars can still fuck right off though.

And trying to download the ESPN thing freezes my x-box. Fallout New Vegas won't freeze, but ESPN will. Go figure.

And I now officially hate this. Besides just being a bit uglier and not seeming to add any new functionality (the menu system anyway, I know there's ESPN and other new things but those could have been added without changing the lay-out), I can apparently no longer search the game marketplace by all new arrivals. Now you have to pick what you want (games, add-ons, etc) and then newest. And not even just fucking games, you have to go games and then go into the individual sections for arcade, demos, or games on demand. What a pain in the ass.

Downloading Netflix caused my Xbox to freeze too. The download worked fine when I reset and tried again.

Why is everything so slow now? It took SVR 2011 forever to load up.

So I watched nearly all 6 or so hours of Giant Bomb's Kinect show today as they showed off every single launch title. A few were kind of interesting and I can certainly see the casual crowd flocking to it, but it's not for me. I just hope this doesn't mean shovelware is coming to the 360 as well.

I really enjoyed Pac Man CE...but this version has improved upon it in every way. It's just an absolute blast to play and eating a ton of ghosts in a row is pretty much the greatest feeling ever.
