Holy shit. I just got $20 loaded onto my PSN account for being "one of our most active customers in October." I had no idea about this promotion..

Yeah, they were doing a promotion where if you spent $100 at the PS Store in October, you got $20 back.

EDIT: And they sent me $20 as well. Which was immediately spent to buy Okami HD.

Holy shit. So, I bought the WWE13 Season Pass when it went up on PSN prior to the games release. It was $20. Upon release it was 50% off for PS+ members. I chalked it up to bad luck on my part. Lo and behold, PSN sends me another message with $10 credit out of the blue because of this. I didn't even make a complaint or a comment about it, but I guess someone realized that it was a bit of a fuck up to not at least promote the sale ahead of time. Whatever the reason.. Good shit!

Just a note: The Sonic 1 & 2 games will not appear in the PS+ "Free Games" section. Not sure if it was in New Releases, either. I found it under "Other Freebies" with the avatars and themes and stuff, since it's treated as a Bundle.

Can I just say... the new PlayStation Store is currently awful. Slow as shit to launch, navigate—get anything done, really. It's glaringly bad, especially compared to how impressively snappy the old one was. The filters and sorting options are nice, but I should really be able to filter Free stuff, and PS3 stuff at the same time. The old store had icons for stuff you'd already purchased, and put in your cart; the new one does not show what's in the cart. And I am almost certain I previously purchased a bunch of the free PS+ avatars, but it's not showing as such. I'm 90% sure I went through the Virtua Fighter character ones already.

There is a freebies filter in the PS3 section from what I remember.. Also I know it says "purchased" on an item where the price normally is if you already bought it, but I can't remember about if it has an "in cart" text identifier. You can always get to your cart from anywhere though. It definitely is slow as fuck though. It took about 5 min for the PS+ section overview to load last night..

Yeah, I think the Sonic bundle was under other deals/discounts when I found it, but I already had it from when I first got Ps+.

I think as a whole I prefer the new market windows. If anything I think it's a little disorientating seeing as I had just gotten used to the old shitty one, but it's still very slick and I feel as a whole works better. (from searches/ categories/ displaying what's available)

I have to say as a whole, this Vita PS+ thing has impressed me (mainly from a standpoint as someone who doesn't own a Vita). The fact that they are giving away big games, and allowing me to harvest them (for the slim chance that I might actually get a Vita in the future) is impressive, generous and something that I would usually consider the complete opposite of Sony. The only conclusion I can come to is that the Vita is shitting the bed so bad that they are being forced to be human just to move consoles.

Also, Sine Mora came out this week. It's $10 (PS3/Vita). As a huge Grasshopper homer everyone should pick it up!

Yeah Vita isn't doing so great from what I gather. It's a shame because its a great piece of hardware... It just needs better content.

I usually go straight to the PlayStation Plus section in the store. If, from the home page, you go... Games > PlayStation Plus > Free Games... the Sonic bundle isn't there. Which is a little silly. Going to PS+ New Arrivals, and filtering to Free (to avoid all the Ultimate Editions and other discounts I don't care about), it only shows the 1-hour trial versions. I went to filter the Platform to just PS3... and there's no Vita option in there, despite the ton of games dumped on us this update. Sort by Content Type, and Red Faction Armageddon Ultimate is under Games, while the other Ultimates are seemingly under Bundles.

The layout looks nice, and if they get it back to the speed of the old one, I might see it being an improvement. But the store software is really not ready for full release. And they need to get the team on board with how to tag items consistently.

I would guess that anyone that bought the PSPgo or whatever it's called DOES regret that. I was looking through the list of downloadable PSP games, and I think of the 20 or so PSP games I own, maybe 3 are available digitally? And some heavy hitters like FF: Crisis Core and the Kingdom Hearts game are on that list of UMD only games. WTF Sony? It's one thing to say you'll have to re-buy your UMD games if you want to play them, it's another to not even offer most of them.

When you first go into games (maybe not even needing to click on the PS+ button) scroll to the right along the images. There'll be a window there for the Sega Sale. It's in there.

http://www.polygon.com/2012/11/22/3679248/assassins-creed-3-liberation-and-ps-vita-bundle-hitting-amazon-for

An Assassin's Creed 3 PlayStation Vita bundle is hitting Amazon.com today for $179.99, and will feature a white PS Vita, a 4GB memory card and copy of Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation for the handheld device.

Also included in the Thanksgiving deal is download code for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, 30-day code for PlayStation Plus and a $10 Gift Card toward Assassin's Creed 3 on Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 consoles, an Amazon representative told Polygon.

This follows last week's reveal from Sony regarding an Assassin's Creed 3 Vita bundle including a PlayStation Vita limited Edition white Wifi device, Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation and a 4GB memory card for $199.99.

Assassin's Creed 3: Liberation received a 6 out of 10 from Polygon, stating "Ubisoft's desire to transcend low expectations for handheld spin-offs is clear."

Update: The Assassin's Creed 3 PS Vita bundle will hit Amazon.com on Nov. 23, taking over the website's Gold Box page at 12 p.m. PST.

Hmmm, I'm almost tempted to give a shit.

Do any of you have Zen Pinball 2 (PSN Game)? If not why? I need friends to compete with on the high scores board.

Picked up two of the Little Big Planet 2 Special Edition Bundle at Best Buy for $40 each tonight. One for a Christmas present, and the other for me. For $40, it came with LBP2 SE, PS Move Navigation and Motion controllers and the PS Eye Camera. IMO, it was too good of a deal to pass up.

Any of you put a new hard drive in your PS3's? I apparently filled my 250 GB one and need to get a bigger one.
