Couple there I might be interested in. I'll get Trine cause..fuck it, it's 2 bucks. I'm thinking about Alpha Protocol and Bionic Commando: Rearmed (but not shitty ass Bionic Commando) as well.

Bully is a good pickup for someone who doesn't already own it yet.

As someone pointed out somewhere else, if you're waiting for the GOTY version with all the DLC (like I am/was):
$14.99 for New Vegas
+ $3 for Dead Money
+ $3 for Honest Hearts
+ presumed $10 each for the next 2 DLCs before the all-encompassing GOTY version
= $41
GOTY version: at least $50

So you can have all of New Vegas by August for $41, or have it all in November (alongside all your other holiday-season purchases) for $50. Even if they release a surprise fifth piece of $10 DLC you're still only spending $1 more than the GOTY version's cost and that more than covers getting 60% of the DLC in a timely manner & no longer having to avoid NV + DLC spoilers.

I've managed to resist thus far. Amnesia's probably been the closest; I think its typical sale price is $10. By now, I know I won't actually play the games. So no matter how good a deal it may be, it's still wasted money.

Usually, when steam is running it's big sale seasons (i.e Xmas for a week, 4th of july for a week) They'll have overall site sales as well as the daily offers. It could be that Rift is 50% off in the sale. That and usually the last day of the sale they'll have a "best of sale" day, where they just rehash games that sold well during the sale.

That and they usually have midweek madness / weekend deal, where some game is on sale. But that's usually limited to 1 or 2 games, and usually not as big a bargain.
