Game by game stuff is over but it looks like the packs are still there for one more day.

Walked away with Terraria & Magicka Complete for about $20 total. Not a huge haul but my Steam backlog is huge, and in the console world NCAA 12 is getting delivered tomorrow & I have 2 free PS3 games I haven't even started yet.

I bought nothing, but gathered enough tickets for 3 little goodies I'll probably never use.

I did play Team Fortress 2 for a little bit, which I don't think I've ever done, and had a little fun. I don't understand why there's only tutorials for 4 of 9 classes, but anyways.

The weekend mostly just made me want to get a new computer, despite the part where I only play PC games like 4 times a year. The one I'm using is holding up well enough for something I put together in April 2006, and could only upgrade to a certain degree due to Socket 939 and DDR1 being phased out. But waiting a good minute or two for that first TF2 game of a session to load was kinda painful. (I'll have to get off of 4Mbps DSL one of these days, too.)

My free item was a 50% off coupon for any Valve game...valid January 2nd through March 31st. Since all the Valve titles appear to be 50% off at the moment for the sale I'm not too excited for that coupon.

I got a 33% off coupon & the Orcs Must Die gift appears to be busted as nobody's getting anything from it. Fun game though.

I have a 25% off Valve coupon, and 50% off Metro 2033. Today, using that coupon would make that game cost $2.50. I got The Orcs Must Die reward, no problem.

I've got the worthless Valve coupon and 2 lumps. I think it takes 7 lumps of coal to turn into one gift. Doubt I'll get that many, but it's worth a shot.

I was waiting to see if Sonic Generations would be a daily deal, and if not it's already down to like $22.50 so I'd grab it at the end of the Holiday sale. But Amazon has it today for $14.99, so I'm going to assume Steam isn't likely to beat that and go ahead and buy it.

I bought a bunch of crap during the sale and I don't even remember what I bought. The Christmas sales coincides with when I'm at my parents place for Christmas, so I like to buy a bunch of stuff then because I can download on their faster/not as limited internet connection as opposed to my shitty really low data cap per month connection at home. As for the give away thing I ended up with 5 or 6 lumps of coal, a 50% off valve coupon, and a 50% of Monday Night Combat coupon. Meh.
