What.atticus Chaos said:Shamrock, a UFC Hall of Famer and four-time UFC Heavyweight Champion
Even if that were the case, it's still a blatant lie. Shamrock only won two Superfights: tapping Dan Severn with a guillotine choke, and Kimo with a kneebar. In his others, he lost to Severn via a decision, and went to draws with Royce Gracie and Oleg Taktarov. The only possible way you could get four wins out of that is to do the old "well, if they'd had judges for the Royce and Oleg fights, they would've ruled it for Shamrock" coulda-shoulda-woulda scenario. When you've got a guy who's already as big a name as Shamrock is, what's the point in shilling him with a double-whammy of obvious falsehoods? In theory, you're trying to appeal to MMA fans by casting Ken in the part, and those are the exact people who are likely to spot such a howler as this.DrVenkman PhD said:So "Superfight" wins in the early days count as individual "championship" wins?

Deadline.com reported today more details on Edge (Adam Copeland) being featured in WWE Studios's next film being produced out of New Orleans.
In "Bending the Rules," Copeland will be starring opposite actor Jamie Kennedy as a dirty cop faced with corruption charges. Kennedy will be playing the District Attorney trying to "bring down" Copeland's character. Production has already begun in New Orleans.
The movie also stars Jessica Walter (the Bluth matriarch on "Arrested Development"), Jennifer Esposito ("Rescue Me" & "Crash"), Alicia Witt, and Phillip Baker Hall. Deadline reported some details on the movie:
"One the day the DA (played by Kennedy) loses his case, his prized possession, a 1956 Studebaker Goldenhawk gets swiped and complications ensue as the lawyer tries to get his car back."
Kennedy is the only one known as a comedian. Even Walter has starred in plenty of dramas. (Although just now looking at her IMDB profile, this is the first time I realized that she was the university president in PCU.) And "a district attorney tries to take down a dirty cop" hardly sounds like fun and games.Kung Kimala said:Judging by the cast and the premise, it's a comedy, Jingus.
This is a serious plot."One the day the DA (played by Kennedy) loses his case, his prized possession, a 1956 Studebaker Goldenhawk gets swiped and complications ensue as the lawyer tries to get his car back."
